JOB SUMMARY: As a Quality Control Analyst I, you will be expected to be knowledgeable and capable as a researcher, analyst and problem solver for Capstone systems and operational processes.

Assisting in reviewing and administering contractual documents provided by Operations & Business Development.

He/She will work closely with the direct Manager in identifying key issues pertaining to partner agreements prior to executing.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner contract management Create/Modify business requirements for all partners in company database.

Create/Modify partner price sheets.

Assist in identifying issues with contractual terms before agreements are executed.

Qualifications: To be considered for the Assistant Controller position, candidates must possess the following: 1.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

A Master’s degree or CPA designation is preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting in the sales industry.

3.

Proven experience in managing intercompany transactions.

4.

Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

5.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.

6.

Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.

7.

Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

8.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

9.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.

High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
