Responsibilities: Continuously perform all required tasks in a safe manner, adhering to all established safety rules and procedures.
Must take immediate action to correct and/or report any unsafe conditions and hazards.
Utilize lockout/tagout as required, following established policy; ensure guarding is in place at all times.
Keep work area clean and organized, per standards.
Ensure that work is being performed in a manner to produce quality products, according to our quality requirements and specifications.
Follow all applicable food service policies and procedures.

Catch bags as they come off machine.
Inspect bags for flaws in quality, assembly, print or other problems, and reject those that do not meet standards set by management.
Place proper amount of bags into sleeve in the press.
Report machine adjustments and repairs to be done to Machine Tender/Adjuster Supervisor.
Inspect bales to ensure they are sealed properly and meet quality standards before banding together and placing on skid.
Band bales together.
Place labels on bales, making sure they are marked correctly, neatly and are upright.
Spot check bales to make sure correct amount of bags are enclosed (i.e, 250, 500).
Place acceptable bales on skids by using proper lifting techniques.
Additional Job Duties Include: Ensure machine is shut off to prevent machine damage in a timely fashion.
Must be able to keep up with budgeted machine speed.
Assist Machine Tender, if needed, while he/she performs work on machines during downtime, assisting in stripping and changing rolls and in clean-up.
Keep accurate production reports, ensuring all required forms are filled out completely, accurately and legibly.
Safely clean print when needed while machine is not running.
Perform roll changes as necessary.
If no specific work instructions are given, clean-up is to be performed at your normal work area.
Meet/achieve safety, quality, production, waste and housekeeping goals as set forth by management.
Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

About the Role
RWI Logistics is hiring a Customer Success Manager who understands what it truly means to run a full desk. This role is designed for someone who has managed customers end-to-end and knows how decisions on pricing, capacity, service, and communication directly impact margin, retention, and long-term growth.
You’ll own strategic customer relationships, protect and grow accounts, and partner closely with Operations, Capacity, and Sales to ensure freight moves profitably and consistently. What You’ll Do:
Own the Customer Relationship
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, handling daily communication, escalations, and long-term strategy

- Introduce value-added solutions that increase stickiness and wallet share
Be the Internal Quarterback
- Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams including Operations, Capacity, Finance, and Technology
- Lead customer onboarding, transitions, and post-implementation reviews
- Ensure internal alignment on priorities, forecasts, and service strategy
Reporting & Analytics
- Own customer scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting
- Track KPIs including service failures, volume trends, claims, and profitability

Experience

Handle all aspects of personal injury cases from initial intake through trial.
Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support claims and defenses.
Prepare and draft various legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, appeals, agreements, contracts, and legal memoranda.
Provide legal advice to clients and advise them on their rights and obligations.
Negotiate settlements for legal disputes in the best interest of clients.
Participate in class action lawsuits and handle cases of catastrophic injury.
Deal with cases involving bankruptcy, providing clients with the best legal options.
Maintain a high standard of professional conduct and ethics.
Qualifications: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in Ohio and Kentucky.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a trial attorney, specifically in the field of personal injury law.
Proven experience with car accidents, motor vehicle accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, product liability, slip and fall incidents, pedestrian accidents, bicycle accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, wrongful death, workers' compensation, class actions, catastrophic injuries, and bankruptcy.
Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
Strong experience in litigation, with a track record of success in court trials.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
Ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively within a team.
