Hiring Quality Control Analyst in Norwood, OH – Onsite

Title: Quality Control Chemist (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Norwood, OH (2909 Highland Ave)

Type: Contract to Hire

2nd shift: 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Pay: $30/hr. + 10% shift differential (after shift transition)

Client is seeking a Quality Control Scientist to join the QC team at our Norwood, OH facility.

Responsibilities:

• Perform QC testing of high-purity solvents and solvent mixtures
• Conduct raw material, in-process, and finished product testing
• Utilize analytical techniques including GC-MS, HPLC/UPLC, IC, ICP-MS, FTIR, and Karl Fischer
• Develop and validate QC methods
• Perform calibration and maintenance of lab equipment
• Document results and pass/fail decisions in SAP and LIMS

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree with relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree
• Strong analytical chemistry background
• Experience in QC or regulated laboratory environments preferred
