This Project Manager role is responsible for consolidating cross-functional charters into a
cohesive master plan, running governance and operating cadence, managing

Chain/Transportation/Tech (e.g., delivery windows, Transview/SAGE integration) have clear
handoffs, timelines, and escalation paths
• Coordinate scorecard and dashboard alignment; ensure consistency between front-page
dashboards, top-item dashboards, and executive scorecard; establish shared definitions
(e.g., ORAD vs OTIF) and a single source of truth
• Maintain issue/risk management and escalation; keep RAID log current and escalate
blockers (late deliveries, under-scheduled hours, misaligned delivery windows, change-out
week labor gaps) with recommended options
• Track value and outcomes; translate initiative progress into expected outcomes (e.g.,
OOS recovery value, productivity gains) and communicate status to leadership
• Develop standardization and playbooks; partner with Retail Operations leaders to
document repeatable operating guidelines (e.g., delivery window principles by department,
scheduling best practices, dairy coverage guardrails by tier)
Permitting Specialist (Telecom | Long-Haul Projects) – Florence, KY (Cincinnati area)
Location: Within ~50 miles of Florence, Kentucky (Greater Cincinnati).

About the Role
We’re hiring Permitting Specialists to support long-haul telecom infrastructure projects. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end permitting process—keeping projects compliant, moving forward on schedule, and coordinated across municipalities and agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of permitting activities for long-haul telecom projects, including private-property facilities and associated public right-of-way requirements
- Prepare, submit, track, and monitor permit packages with local, state, and federal authorities to secure timely approvals
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and key stakeholders to ensure compliance with zoning, codes, ordinances, DOT requirements, and multi-jurisdictional regulations
- Represent projects in the community by presenting to neighborhood committees and at public hearings before governing bodies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for permitting inquiries and proactively resolve issues to prevent delays
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of permitting or regulatory compliance experience (telecom preferred; utilities/construction/regulated industries also relevant)

- Ability to interpret zoning rules, building codes, ordinances, DOT requirements, and multi-jurisdiction regulations
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents (blueprints/engineering plans); understanding of outside plant (OSP) design and telecom standards

JOB SUMMARY
Actively supporting the Stockroom function in all material related and control tasks. Accurately and safely perform warehouse related activities involving the physical movement of material with corresponding system transactions, supporting verifications, and documentation when necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Coordinates the movement of material to the necessary manufacturing areas to support production schedules.
* Physically and systematically executes necessary material movements involving all types of material requiring replenishment to manufacturing areas.
* Executes material movements to all necessary areas outside of the manufacturing process (i.e. shipping, parts prep, office personnel, etc.).
* Utilizes RF scanners when appropriate for performing ERP transactions.
* Operates any material handling equipment as needed.
* Maintains organization of Bin Management and First In First Out maintenance.
* Returns unused materials to stockroom from manufacturing areas using RF.
* Properly disposes scrap components.
* Pulls material for purges from stock as needed.
* Perform Warehouse Cycle-counts where appropriate.
* Verifies necessary material movements and paperwork to ensure correct physical and system movement of material.
* May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
