Organization is seeking an experienced Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician as its Clinical Director for our 50+ member Adult Medicine & Specialty Department. Our Adult Medicine Department diabetes program has been recognized by the NCQA. In addition, the department has a top-performing Ryan White program and a robust Care Coordination Team. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Clinical Director, in collaboration with the Nurse Manager, Practice Manager, and Director of Infectious Diseases will provide general oversight and leadership of the department. The incumbent will support the continuous improvement of clinical operations, provider workflow, patient satisfaction and financial performance. The Clinical Director will deliver direct clinical care as well as administrative oversight.
Successful Candidate can expect compensation with the range of $220,000 $292,500
The successful candidate will be a graduate of an accredited medical school, and will have:
Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
The willingness and ability to deliver high quality patient care in an efficient manner
Familiarity and comfort level with providing quality care to underserved populations with complex needs
Relevant business experience, especially working in a large health center setting and/or private practice serving as either a Director or Associate Director

Under the general direction of the Health Plan Management leadership, the Health Plan Management Associate will work closely with the Health Plan team to support key initiatives for a select group of Health Plan clients that result in exceptional service and attentiveness to client needs.
The Health Plan Management Associate must be a reliable selfstarter who thrives in a fastpaced, challenging environment, maintains a positive attitude, and demonstrates strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Acts in a support role for a book of business within the HP management team supporting Health Plan Managers with their accounts.
- Internal and external coordination, tracking of requests, and driving resolution of issues across various internal and external teams, building strong relationships along the way.
- Performance Guarantee and Service Level Agreement Tracking
- Tracking & submission of security audit/inquiries.
- Provide regular status reporting to track project/tasks progress against goals, objectives, and timelines.
- Develop and own a project management tracking system that enables efficient monitoring of key tasks and ensures consistent followthrough.
- Maintaining Health Plan Partner playbook.
- Coordinating and monitoring Marketing activities, triaging issues as required.
- Other requests to support the overall Health Plan book of business.

Summary of Position
Teladoc Health is seeking an experienced Cyber Incident Response Lead to spearhead our organization's efforts in responding to cybersecurity incidents.This role will lead complex incident investigations, coordinate cross-functional response efforts during security events, drive containment/eradication/recovery activities, and continuously improve the incident response program. This position combines hands-on technical response leadership with strategic oversight, stakeholder communication (including executive-level), and mentorship of analysts/engineers. You will serve as a key escalation point for high-severity incidents and help shape the organization's resilience against evolving threats (ransomware, supply-chain attacks, nation-state actors, etc.).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
You will lead end-to-end incident response activities, from initial triage and containment through eradication, recovery, and post-incident review. You'll develop and continuously improve incident response playbooks, runbooks, and standard operating procedures, ensuring the team is prepared for a wide range of threat scenarios. During active incidents, you'll serve as the primary point of coordination between technical teams, senior leadership, legal, and communications stakeholders.Beyond incident management, you'll conduct threat hunting exercises and proactive analysis to identify indicators of compromise before they escalate. You'll mentor and develop junior analysts, conduct tabletop exercises and simulations, and track lessons learned to drive meaningful improvements to our security posture. You will also manage relationships with external forensics firms, law enforcement, and industry threat-sharing groups as needed.Qualifications Expected for Position
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in an incident response or SOC lead capacity
- Deep hands-on experience with SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel), EDR tools, and network forensics
- Strong understanding of attacker tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) as mapped to the MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Proficiency in digital forensics, malware triage, and log analysis across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments
- Experience leading response efforts for major incident types including ransomware, data exfiltration, BEC, and insider threats
- Excellent communication skills - able to translate technical findings into clear, executive-level briefings
- Relevant certifications such as GCIH, GCFE, GCFA, CISSP, or equivalent
- Experience with cloud security incidents across AWS and Azure.
- Familiarity with regulatory and legal considerations (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS breach notification requirements)
- Prior experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, critical infrastructure) or supporting executive-level communications during breaches.
- Experience leading small-to-medium IR teamsor acting as primary incident commander.
The base salary range for this position is$160,000 - $170,000. Summary of Position
The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Program Lead is responsible for supporting the coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of the organization's enterprise IAM program. This role oversees the design, governance, and enforcement of policies and technologies that secure identities and access across all systems, applications, and cloud environments. The IAM Program Lead protects sensitive information and critical assets by managing the full identity lifecycle and enforcing secure, least privileged access.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Execute on a comprehensive enterprise IAM program and multiyear roadmap aligned to organizational goals.
Develop, implement, and maintain IAM policies and procedures that meet legal, regulatory, and industry best practice requirements.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and privileged access.
Continuously improve IAM processes to address evolving security threats.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, and legal teams to investigate and remediate incidents.
Support the design, deployment, and enforcement of IAM technologies-including identity governance, authentication services, SSO/MFA, directories, and privileged access tools.
Ensure adherence to security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, Zero Trust principles, and regulatory requirements.
Regularly evaluate and enhance IAM capabilities across identity lifecycle, governance, authentication, authorization, and privileged access domains.
Partner with stakeholders across business, IT, cloud, and security teams to promote IAM best practices and optimize user experience.
Maintain awareness of emerging IAM technologies, threats, and trends to sustain a modern, resilient IAM program.
Qualifications Expected for Position
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in the Identity Security or IAM domain.
Handson experience across IAM and PAM platforms, including Privileged Access Management tools and Identity Governance & Administration solutions such as SailPoint.
Strong understanding of Active Directory / Entra ID, MFA processes, SSO, identity federation, and IAM authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, Kerberos).
Experience designing and implementing role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), and enterprise access provisioning strategies.
Experience implementing IAM and PAM capabilities across cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, and/or GCP, with familiarity in Zero Trust principles including Identity, Device Posture, application access & continuous verification.
Knowledge of modern IAM trends and security practices.
Experience with DevSecOps aligned automation, access provisioning, policy enforcement, and compliance reporting.

The Manager, Tax is responsible for global tax reporting and compliance activities for the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare/review domestic and foreign quarterly and annual tax provision along with SEC disclosures under US GAAP and ASC 740
- Monitor worldwide tax legislation and accounting guidance to ensure proper tax reporting
- Identify, monitor, document uncertain tax positions
- Responsible for ETR and cash tax forecasting, partnering with other teams I finance
- Manage US income tax compliance for domestic entities, including quarterly estimates and extensions
