Job Summary
The Sales Operations Analyst – Pro Services serves as a key operational partner to Lowe’s Pro Outside Sales organization, supporting programs, systems, and processes that enable sales teams to operate efficiently and effectively. This role plays a critical part in coordinating sales operations, managing key Pro programs, and supporting onboarding and enablement efforts for new and existing sales associates.

Performs most kinds of HVAC required in the park: seeks guidance on most complex HVAC work. Works well with customers and able to explain issues that may arise.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Proficient in most aspects of HVAC function. Good verbal communication skills, ability to explain complex HVAC issues with customers in a way they understand. Good judgment, decision making and problem solving skills.
Education:
High school graduate or equivalent. Vocational training preferred.
License or Certification:
Valid driver’s license. Gas Fitter 1 license required in applicable states. CFC recovery certification required in applicable states. Canada: Trade license or equivalent depending on trade.
Experience:
Typically requires 2-4 years of HVAC experience. Refrigeration experience preferred.
Equivalency:
Directly related experience or a combination of directly related education and experience and/or competencies may be considered in place of the above requirements.

In the fall, we put the “wee” in Halloween during Tricks and Treats for younger guests and scare the yell out of guests during our nighttime event, SCarowinds. And since 2017, families from across the Carolinas have made new memories during Winterfest with 10 shows, over 20 unique street performers, and of course, the man in red himself.

Master Electricians to oversee and maintain designated show rigs and control systems. Must be capable of troubleshooting equipment and software problems at a moment's notice. Knowledge of conventional and moving lighting fixtures, DMX addressing and ETC Consoles are a must. Knowledge of Video Walls, Pixel/LED tape and Power Distro Racks are a plus.
Operate a variety of equipment, as assigned, such as golf carts, forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, construction equipment, and motor vehicles.
