  • If applicable, initiate resident/family conferences when a change of service level is required; Document goals and action plans and review dates on appropriate forms.

Position Description: Provides anesthesia support under medical direction of the LOH Recovery Surgeon.

Key Responsibilities are performed under the direction of the LOH Recovery Surgeon according to the policy and procedures of the Legacy of Hope.

Position Requirements: Job Requirements: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Required: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.

LICENSE, CERTIFICATION AND/OR REGISTRATION: Required: • Alabama Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist license.

• Current BLS certification • Current ACLS certification TRAITS & SKILLS: Must be self-directed / self-motivated; must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
