The Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) works under the guidance of the Center Manager (or Assistant Manager as applicable) for operational guidance and under the management of the Center Physician for medical issues. The Medical Support Specialist will be familiar with regulations of the plasma collection industry or a manufacturing environment. The Medical Support Specialist follows guidance provided by BioLife Medical Affairs and provides center level support of environmental, health and safety (EHS).
to include, proper management of informed consent, AIDS education and confidential self-exclusion, medical history interview and acceptance requirements, physical examination, blood testing, and reviewing Serological Protein Electrophoresis (SPE).
You will evaluate donor reaction(s), which occurs at the facility as outlined in the SOPs. Follow applicable SOPs for medical emergencies including the development of Center Physician's standing orders and donor transport to emergency care facilities.
You will refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs (as applicable) when in need of providing unacceptable findings to donors, or guidance concerning medical or technical issues, including donor safety and eligibility.
You will support the Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees as applicable.
You will manage employee incidents and determine whether further evaluation is required by occupational health/ER. Refer to EHS guidance regarding employee incidents.
~ You can be a Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS and support investigations associated with pandemic threats within the local community as indicated by EHS or Medical Affairs.
High school diploma or equivalent to including graduate equivalent of a recognized educational nursing program with state requirements
EMT-Paramedic

As a newborn hearing screen technician, you will provide hearing screens in the hospital after a baby is born. You will work on-site at one or more hospital locations to screen newborns for hearing loss. At Pediatrix, you will receive on-the-job training. This includes annual certification accredited by the American Academy of Audiology. Responsibilities
On a typical day, you will conduct newborn hearing screens, usually in a new mom's hospital room, and help educate parents about the importance of the screen using video and printed tools we provide. You will also be in charge of entering patient data and validation of hearing screens, as needed. Additional responsibilities may include helping to confirm or reschedule outpatient appointments, following up on any equipment issues and training new staff.

Qualifications
Experience Industry: Entry Level Healthcare
Minimum Qualification/Education Level:

Position Description Our Panera Bread cafes are upscale, friendly cafes which feature baked breads and pastries.
We serve made-to-order soups, salads and sandwiches as well as specialty espresso beverages.
No Fryers and No Late Nights.
We're known for our artisan breads, quality soups, salads and sandwiches which results in a grease and alcohol-free environment for our associates.
As a manager, this means no late nights, but we do hope you're a morning person.
Managers at our growing cafes supervise up to 75 staff members to ensure a top-quality service experience for our guests.
- As a Team Manager at Panera Bread, you would be responsible for providing outstanding leadership to your team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Restaurant management combines strategic planning, shift organization and day-to-day management activities.
At Panera Bread, restaurant management is fast paced, highly demanding and very rewarding.
Typical work activities for a Team Manager:
- Serve as a role-model and lead the team.
- Ensure that team members are providing great customer service.
- Taking ownership for the business performance of the restaurant.
- Maintain a safe, secure and healthy environment by following all safety and sanitation standards and procedures.
- Run quality opening, mid and closing shifts ensuring a consistent positive customer experience.
- Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
- Greeting customers and doing table visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Recruiting, training and motivating staff.
- Assist the specialist within the bakery‐cafe, ensuring team members are properly trained and fully competent in all aspects of food service and customer support.
- Ensures objectives are achieved while operating within all company guidelines, cultural values and following ethical business practices.
- Exhibits a professional image.

Education and Experience
- At least 1-2 years Hospitality experience.
- Food Management Certifications also a plus
- Must have the "Run it Like you Own It Mentality"
- Excellent organization, customer service and time management skills
- Proven track record for leadership.
- Passion, energy and a positive attitude
- Work well under pressure and be able to work with a diverse group of people
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to ten (10) hours in length.
- Must have the ability to safely lift pots, pans, glassware, boxes, etc.
up to 50 pounds in weight.
