To perform semi-skilled work in all areas of the plant such as air conditioning, plumbing, hardware, carpentry, grounds, sprinklers, preventative maintenance and minor repairs; to keep the school furniture, equipment and utility systems in the proper working condition; to monitor the proper operation of the school's mechanical system.

Essential Performance Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of an approved General Educational Development (GED) Testing Program.
• Three (3) years of industrial, commercial, or educational facility experience.
• Extensive knowledge in the proper operation of vacuums, washers, and buffing equipment; must be able to impart this knowledge to all subordinates. Must be able to schedule assignments and instruct his/her staff in the correct methods of energy conservation procedures. Considerable knowledge of the procedure and scheduling needed to provide the proper care for all types of floors and proper sanitation, and to establish safeguards against improper uses. General knowledge of minor maintenance and repairs to buildings, equipment, and grounds. Must know preventative maintenance and what it stands for. Ability to use power and hand tools associated with the various trades. Ability to work effectively from ladders with due regard to safety for self and others. Able to assume responsibility and to accomplish most tasks with little or no guidance or supervision. Must be able to follow both written or oral instructions.
• Must complete the Professional and Master Facilities Service job related training programs, conducted by Human Resource Development prior to applying for the position.

The Striper / Lot Marker is responsible for applying pavement markings such as lines, symbols, directional arrows, and signage in parking lots, roadways, and other surfaces. This role involves working with striping machines, stencils, paint, and thermoplastic materials to ensure accurate and professional results that meet safety and regulatory standards.

• Apply pavement markings including lines, arrows, handicapped symbols, numbers, and other custom layouts on parking lots and roadways.
• Set up and operate striping equipment such as walk-behind or ride-on stripers and spray machines.
• Prepare job sites by cleaning surfaces and measuring layouts.
• Read and interpret blueprints or site plans to ensure accurate layout.
• Follow all safety procedures and traffic control protocols.
• Load, unload, and maintain striping materials and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional experience post master's degree providing behavioral health services
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
• Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs)
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness

Job Description: We are looking for a Salesforce Architect with strong and deep experience in the Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions and a strong technical background.

Key Requirements: Strong experience in Salesforce with deep platform knowledge.

Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, B2B Commerce, and Experience Cloud.

A technical background is preferred (for example, someone who started as a Salesforce Developer and moved into an Architect role).

Exposure to AI capabilities within Salesforce is a plus, as the organization is currently in the early stages of AI adoption.

Salesforce certifications are helpful and considered an advantage.
