POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises and coordinates the operation and performance of the diagnostic area of Radiology in coordination with the professional staff, Chief Radiologist, Chief Technologist, Assistant Director and/or Director of Radiology. Performs administrative and patient care duties and ensures the prompt and efficient performance of all procedures. Keeps abreast of new technical and theoretical concepts and disseminates departmental information. Supports University Health’s policies, values and guest relations initiatives at all times.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), Certification by the Texas Department of Health (MRT) is mandatory. Current BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR and AED) from the American Heart Association is mandatory. Three years supervisory experience in a radiology department is required. Three years of managerial experience is preferred.

Provides comprehensive health care to a population that has multiple health care needs in the Detention Health Care setting of University Health.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Must have completed training in an ACGME-approved and accredited residency program. POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of the Baby Bexar Healthy Families Community-Based Perinatal Health Initiative, this position will serve as liaison between health system providers and community based resources in order to improve maternal health outcomes for University Health patients. This position will work with a clinical care team and a team of social service agencies to assist and guide patients through prenatal, delivery and postpartum services. This position will provide screening services, education, support, and patient care coordination. Candidate will ensure appropriate information is disseminated, patient is navigated to medical appointments, and follow-up with health care needs. All functions and behaviors are applicable to the clinical and community settings. Additional activities will include patient tracking, data entry, and reporting.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in social sciences, health education or related field of study is required. Four years of experience in the area of health education, public health, social work and/or case management may be considered in lieu of the Bachelor's degree. Community Health Worker certification preferred. Knowledge and experience working with programs of similar scope and focus preferred. Spanish fluency is preferred.
POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
At the front door of University Health, this role serves to screen patients needing placement in acute or observation beds for the purposes of correct status determinations, and the coordination of appropriate diversions to home or other level of care more appropriate for the services needed to be rendered. This position requires assertive clinical acumen and communication skills for serving in the liaison roles with medical staff, nursing, and patients and families.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with current RN licensure in the State of Texas, BSN preferred. Position Responsibilities Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with client contacts and vendors, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across multiple levels.
Gather project requirements, document change requests, communicate with the team as needed, and take appropriate action.
Analyze client requirements and develop recommendations for solutions as needed.
Provide information to other internal departments regarding project scope and changes to current projects.
Assume responsibility for the timely completion of projects by developing a realistic project schedule using MS Project Monitor project milestones and critical dates to identify potential jeopardy of the project schedule and identify ways to resolve schedule issues.
Interact with team members to coordinate their activities, obtain or provide information regarding projects and changes to projects, assign tasks, and set priorities, including giving work direction to temporary staff.
Develop, update, and maintain materials such as manuals, publications, meeting agendas and minutes, and project documentation.
Manage project delivery to the client and contract specifications Participate in a formal review with the internal team and client at project completion to confirm acceptance and satisfaction.
Coach and mentor less experienced personnel on basic project management skills and responsibilities.
All other projects as assigned.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree.
Two to four years of project management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel Proficient in MS Project Strong problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong proofreading skills Ability to exercise sound judgment Familiarity with and ability to apply conflict resolution with minimal guidance Minimum Expectations Report to work promptly when scheduled Be able to work under supervision and accept feedback Relate effectively and work respectfully with diverse work groups Ability to consistently perform well during times of increased workload Set and meet deadlines Manage multiple job tasks simultaneously Occasional travel may be required.
