Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter legal process data into the workflow management system.

• Migrates existing event filters, automations, and runbook policies into the AIOps platform
• Ensures seamless bidirectional synchronization of event data between Netcool and Cloud Pak for AIOps
• Configures event and alert data mapping and transformation rules (e.g., JSONata) for consistent processing
• Develops automation policies and runbooks using Netcool/Impact, and potentially Python or Bash scripting

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments to determine hospice care needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients and families
- Provide direct nursing care and monitor patient progress toward care goals
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members and participate in IDT meetings
- Educate patients and families using age-appropriate teaching methods
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete assessments within required timelines
- Manage medications safely and perform medication reconciliation
- Supervise home health aides according to care standards
- Maintain infection control practices and ensure a safe environment for patients
Requirements
- Active New Jersey RN License
- BLS Certification required
- Minimum 2 years RN experience in a home hospice environment
- Experience with EMR systems
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Valid New Jersey driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years RN experience
- Previous GIP hospice experience in a hospital setting
