Job Responsibilities
- Sales and marketing of all Oldcastle Infrastructure precast concrete products, including utility vaults, concrete pipe, culverts, manholes, catch basins and other drainage products. Customers include civil contractors, utility companies and municipalities.
- Prospect opportunities and companies and market products within core markets.
- Identify and bid all appropriate projects within assigned marketing area. Participate in the development of bid strategy for each job.
- Utilize various software tools to manage prospects, issue quotes and communicate with a broader team.
- Assist the Area Sales Manager in developing strategy and tactics that ensure the attainment of company sales goals and profitability in key markets through assigned geography.
- Develop and maintain relationships within the engineering community. Leverage these relationships to get Oldcastle products specified on future projects.
- Will be responsible for meeting specific sales volumes and profit margin goals.
- Partner with other departments (Quality Control, Production, Operations, Transportation, and Accounting) to ensure every account receives the highest level of customer service.
- Communicate with the broader Oldcastle sales team to manage and coordinate sales to customers who overlap geographic boundaries and markets, as well as to leverage the Oldcastle product portfolio across company boundaries.
- Actively participate in industry-related associations as required in order to develop and maintain key networking and business relationships.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years in civil infrastructure construction, precast concrete manufacturing sales, or similar product sales.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen in regard to sales and marketing and/or the civil infrastructure construction market; be knowledgeable in regard to current and possible future industry trends.
- Ability to read and interpret civil design drawings, and engineering production drawings.
- Must have ability to travel (approx. 50% +) throughout the sales region.
- Must have the drive and self-discipline to work independently within territory to accomplish goals.
- Demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers – both internal and external.
- Be a pro-active, self-motivated, self-starter who is action oriented and drives for results.
- Be experienced with technical sales to engineers and specifying agencies (Not necessity but a plus).
- Be proficient in basic Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).

Position Purpose
The Clinical Nutrition Supervisor, under the direction of the Mercy Director Food Services and Nutrition and the Trinity Health Food and Nutrition Services (FANS) Regional Clinical Nutrition Manager (RCNM), is responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions and supervision of clinical dietitians, dietetic technicians and diet office activities. This position involves direct patient care of assigned units/areas providing optimal nutrition care by effectively identifying age specific patient needs, assessing nutritional status, designing appropriate care plans and monitoring to maximize clinical outcomes according to established department policies. The Supervisor is responsible for communicating to/from the Director and RCNM to the clinical nutrition team in addition to interacting with interdisciplinary team members as a nutrition resource.
What You Will Do
- Supervises the day-to-day activities of the clinical nutrition and diet office staff to ensure efficient operation of clinical nutrition and patient meal service functions at Mercy Medical Center and Weldon Rehabilitation Hospital.
- Works under the leadership of the Director and RCNM to ensure that the nutritional needs of all patients are met through inpatient clinical dietetic functions.
- Works under the direction of the Director and RCNM to develop, implement and monitor system policies and initiatives including clinical quality improvement activities and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Coordinates clinical nutrition services with food service operations. Works with the regional and onsite THS-FANS team to provide input to a cost-effective patient menu assuring patient satisfaction and safety.
- Coordinates and finds resolution of diet office concerns with menu software performance and the hospital electronic medical record software.
- Represents clinical nutrition throughout the organization as an onsite resource to other departments.
- Serves as the onsite contact for dietetic internship activities.
- Maintains leadership skills to effectively supervise clinical dietitian and dietetic technicians.
- Together with the Director and RCNM interviews, hires, trains, evaluates performance, productivity, clinical competency and disciplines and discharges subordinate personnel. Works in coordination with RCNM and Director on colleague relation matters and provides assistance and guidance in problem resolution.
- Establishes and maintains positive relationships with health care providers, department and units, and ensures good communication with his/her colleagues by coordinating monthly meetings and continuing education opportunities.
- Performs all patient care duties related to medical nutrition therapy in accordance with hospital patient care policies and as outlined in the dietitian job description.
Minimum Qualifications
- Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in human nutrition required; Master's degree and/or leadership experience preferred. Three (3) or more years of dietitian experience in an Acute Care setting required.
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist in the state of Massachusetts required. Allergen Awareness training/certificate and Serv Safe Management training/certificate preferred.
- Work requires the analytical ability to collect information from diverse sources, synthesize a problem list and to devise/implement intervention.
- Work requires the ability to coordinate work flow activities of colleagues within assigned unit/department and to collaborate with the RCNM on issues and programs that impact assigned unit/department.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles and concepts acquired through the completion of a Master’s degree in food and nutrition, dietetics, or related field as required by the Commission of Dietetic Registration (CDR) (effective January 1, 2024) or bachelor’s degree grandfathered prior to this update. Registration as a dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and a state licensure as a licensed dietitian/nutritionist (LDN) are required. Maintenance of registration and licensure required as per guidelines.

Role Description
Are you a seasoned AV Field Technician tired of the constant travel but still passionate about the technology? Pittwater is seeking an AV Technical Operations Specialist to anchor our Brookfield headquarters. This is a multifaceted role designed for a subject matter expert who wants a "home base." You will oversee our integration center and warehouse operations—ensuring our gear is tested, staged, and ready for deployment—while remaining available to lead high-priority field installations and structured cabling work when a project needs an expert hand. his is a full-time, on-site role designed to support career-path opportunities into various technical and operational positions for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Technical Fulfillment: Lead the disassembly, testing, and repackaging of complex AV equipment (e.g., video wall modules) to ensure "field-ready" quality.
- Warehouse Stewardship: Manage inventory integrity using our WMS, overseeing inbound/outbound logistics and coordinating with 3PL partners.
- Field Leadership: Deploy to client sites to support AV installations, rack building, and structured cabling, ensuring design intent is realized.
- Quality Assurance: Utilize diagnostic tools like multimeters to troubleshoot components and maintain detailed documentation for full traceability.
- Coordination Mindset: Highly organized with an interest in the "how and why" of project lifecycles. Communication: Ability to bridge the gap between field crews, design engineers, and clients.
- Office Administration: Oversee general office demands and basic administration to keep the Brookfield hub running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on AV Field Installation experience is required. You must know your way around a job site and a rack.
- Technical Mastery: Strong knowledge of workplace technology domains including Audio/Visual, Network/IT, and structured cabling.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift/move products up to 50 lbs and remain active in a warehouse environment.
- Software & Productivity Tools: Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with WMS/ERP systems.
- Certifications: CTS certification is highly preferred.
- Mindset: A "can-do" attitude with the organizational skills to manage a facility independently.

Construction Estimator
Building Construction Estimator to lead all aspects of cost planning and budgeting and manage all facets of bid preparation, preconstruction phases, conceptual estimates of building projects. The ideal candidate will apply their expert knowledge of construction costs to develop and complete accurate cost estimates that are consistent with company department objectives, and that achieve profitability based on company requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze blueprints, construction drawings and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials and labor estimates.
- Consulting with client’s vendors, personnel in other departments or construction supervision to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
- Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors.
- Confer with engineers, designers, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
- Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
- Assess cost effectiveness of products, projects or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops.
- Prepare cost and expenditure statements and other necessary documentation at regular intervals for the duration of the project.
- Set up monitoring and reporting systems and procedures.
- Conduct special studies to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data or to effect cost reduction.
- Review material and labor requirements to decide whether it is more cost-effective to construct or subcontract components.
- Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Seek and identify new subcontractors and vendors to further enhance our core subcontractor list; assist with prequalification of subcontractors to ensure company compliance and project requirements.
- Establish and maintain tendering process and conduct negotiations.
- Work with Project Management to develop a comprehensive understanding of the project and establish a project strategy.
- Conduct site visits to assess/analyze site conditions and to determine how subcontractor pricing may be affected.
- Compile and calculate statistical data (estimates, take-offs, material pricing, subcontractor and labor costs, etc.) required to provide job costs.
- Work within company policy as outlined in the company handbook.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of current Building Construction estimating experience.
- Must have construction divisions 3-14, CSI MasterFormat framework.
- Reporting skills, scheduling, and time management.
- Experience and knowledge of the State of CT and Department of Administrative Services (DAS) procedures is a plus.
- Excellent computer, organizational and managerial skills.
- Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint are required.
- Knowledge of On-Center Take-Off Program and Pipeline Bid Solicitation Software is a plus.
