- Receives, analyzes, and implements DNS record requests.
- Installs and maintains MCS supported cloud and server-based systems including file and print, active directory, DNS, DHCP, Azure File Services, and SharePoint.
Collaborates and coordinates with stakeholders and necessary team members to ensure they are configured to prevent service interruptions.
- Researches, designs, implements, and administers various programs onto servers to include monitoring tools, antivirus, backup, recovery agents, technical support tools such as ADUC, Print Management, UPS software, as well as other software packages where requested and approved.
- Works with supervisor and senior technicians to implement new and existing cloud services, verifies configurations, and ensures that it is operating optimally.
