About the Role:

As a Clinic Administrator, you will be the welcoming face and operational backbone of our new Kannapolis, NC clinic. You’ll manage day-to-day activities, help families feel at home, and ensure our team has what they need to deliver exceptional care. Key Responsibilities:

Client Experience & Front Desk Support

- Greet and check in/out clients with professionalism and warmth

- Serve as the first point of contact for phone, email, and in-person inquiries

- Collect co-pays and assist families with basic billing questions

Clinic Operations & Scheduling

- Maintain and adjust staff and client schedules throughout the day

- Monitor visitors and uphold a safe, welcoming environment

- Occasionally support other local clinics as needed (limited local travel may be required)

Facility & Administrative Support

- Keep therapy rooms, waiting areas, and play spaces organized and clean

- Prepare and clean up snacks/meals for clients

- Track inventory and place orders for clinic supplies

- Sort incoming mail and manage deliveries

Job Title: Help Desk Support Specialist (Contract-to-Hire)

Compensation: $19/hour

Employment Type: 6 Month Contract-to-Hire

Position Overview

Robert Half is seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist to provide efficient, high-quality technical support to end users. This role is responsible for handling incoming support requests, resolving Level I technical issues, and ensuring timely escalation when necessary. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering excellent customer service while maintaining strong documentation and ticket management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Log and track all incoming support requests within a ticketing system, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation
• Serve as the first point of contact for technical support inquiries via phone, email, and voicemail
• Prioritize and manage incoming tickets based on urgency and business impact
• Troubleshoot and resolve Level I technical issues, escalating more complex problems to appropriate teams
• Utilize internal knowledge bases and online resources to assist with issue resolution

• Follow established escalation procedures and service level expectations
• Support general help desk operations and assist with special projects as needed

Process Improvement & Operations

• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and recommend process improvements
• Develop and maintain user guides, help sheets, and knowledge base content
• Build familiarity with supported hardware, software, and systems

Customer Service & Support Excellence

• Monitor open tickets and follow up to ensure timely resolution
• Escalate critical issues to leadership when necessary
• Conduct follow-ups with users to ensure satisfaction and quality of service
• Build strong rapport with end users and effectively gather detailed issue information
• Promote a positive, customer-focused support environment

Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Additional technical training or coursework preferred

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of call center and/or technical customer support experience
• Experience with ticketing or call tracking systems preferred
• Exposure to supporting hardware, peripherals, or POS systems is a plus

• Proactively support Real Estate, Construction, and Operations by providing legal counsel to internal departments on real estate matters (e.g., risk exposure, legal position, obligations, etc.) to develop business strategies for real estate transactions.

We are currently partnered with a global investment firm undergoing significant growth and seeking to hire a Debt Finance Attorney to join its sophisticated investment team. This individual will support the debt capital markets group and be responsible for assisting the firm with warehouse lending & securitization transactions. This role offers the opportunity to work on high level transactions and engage with multiple teams and C-suite stakeholders throughout the organization. This hire will serve as the lead attorney supporting transaction execution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead structuring work for all securitization transactions
• Lead negotiation and documentation of warehouse lending facilities, repurchase agreements, credit agreements, and related financing arrangements.
• Support securitizations (ABS/RMBS/whole loan securitizations) and other capital markets transactions.
• Work directly with the finance & investment team to drive transactions from start to finish
• Support the capital markets team on credit agreements, loan agreements, and securitization matters
• Partner with lenders, outside counsel, and internal stakeholders to structure and close new facilities

Requirements:

• JD from a top tier Law school
• 2+ years of experience from a top-tier law firm or in-house environment
• Experienced with warehouse lending, securitizations, credit facilities, & loan agreements
• Experience with debt capital markets
