A client of Insight Global is looking for a Construction Project Manager to support commercial, retail, and industrial projects in the Grand Rapids area. This person will be responsible for managing projects from pre‑construction through closeout, coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple construction projects from planning through completion
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, and resources across field teams and subcontractors
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and vendors
• Review contracts, drawings, and change orders to ensure scope alignment
• Track project costs, timelines, and documentation

Qualifications:

• 8+ years' experience as a Construction Project Manager on commercial, retail, or industrial projects
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation:

$80,000 to $120,000 per year annual salary.
