SPECIAL OPERATIONS CORPSMAN: CAREER DETAILS & REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities
Those in the Hospital Corpsman Advanced Technical Field go beyond the duties of basic Hospital Corpsman, working in austere and challenging environments while saving lives. Each of the three classifications has its own responsibilities:
Special Operations Independent Duty Corpsman (SOIDC)
- Provide advanced medical care and operational services for Marine Reconnaissance, USMC Special Operations Forces and Navy Special Operations Command personnel, like SWCC and SEALs
- Engage as a team member in direct action, special reconnaissance, foreign internal defense and unconventional warfare
Search and Rescue Medical Technician (SMT)
- Rescue patients and deliver emergency care from the back of a helicopter
- Perform aircrew duties and En Route Care (ERC) for routine illness and emergent patients
- Provide relief and assistance in areas ravaged by catastrophic natural disasters
- Support Search and Rescue (SAR), tactical evacuation (TECEVAC), Medical Evacuation (MEDEVAC), casualty evacuation (CASEVAC) and Combat Search & Rescue (CSAR) for Navy and Marine Corps Aviation
Deep Sea Diving Medical Technician (DMT)
- Provide basic medicine and assist medics in prevention and treatment of diving related illnesses, injuries associated with deep sea diving and hyperbaric conditions
- Operate, test and repair all Navy diving equipment
- Perform underwater inspections, harbor/port/ship security inspections, conduct ordnance searches, rescue personnel, engage in special warfare and small boat operations
- Operate Swimmer Delivery Vehicle Dry-Deck Shelter system and submarine Lock-in/Lock-out systems
Work Environment
As a Hospital Corpsman, you have the most diverse range of work environments in the Navy. Your job will likely take you all over the world-and far out of your comfort zone. If you choose to go the Hospital Corpsman Advanced Technical Field route, you will work in extreme and sometimes precarious conditions. From deep-sea diving to combat missions to flying in MH-60 Romeo helicopters, you will train outside the realm of conventional military forces to prepare for any mission. You may work independent of a physician or under supervision in this program.
Training & Advancement
Upon completion of initial training at Recruit Training Command Great Lakes (known as Boot Camp), you'll report for specialized training including:
Hospital Corps A School (19 weeks) in San Antonio, Texas for training on basic principles and techniques of patient care and first aid procedures.
After A School, HM-ATF candidates track to one of three advanced training paths:
- Special Operations Independent Duty Corpsman Pipeline (121 weeks)
Areas of training include but are not limited to basic reconnaissance, airborne operations, combatant diving, demolitions, clinical diagnostics, advanced trauma skills, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), basic surgical anesthesia, basic veterinary medicine and basic dental exams. - Search and Rescue Medical Tech Pipeline (27 weeks)
Areas of training include but are not limited to advanced fluid resuscitation, administration and management of Advanced Life Support medications, use of emergency medical equipment, rescue and recovery devices and patient handling. - Medical Deep Sea Diving Tech Pipeline (28 weeks)
Areas of training include but are not limited to diving physics, scuba and surface-supplied air diving, recognition and treatment of diving related illnesses.
After completing your pipeline, you'll receive your first assignment. You'll go wherever you're needed, which can be anywhere in the world. Automatic promotion opportunities are available but are competitive and based on completion of pipeline.

Qualifications & Requirements
A high-school diploma or equivalent is required to become an Enlisted Sailor. Those seeking a position as a Hospital Corpsman must be U.S. citizens.
While no college degree is required to apply for a position as a Hospital Corpsman Advanced Technical Field, a high degree of difficulty should be expected. Entry Requirements include:- Vision correctable to 20/20

- U.S. citizen eligible for security clearance
In addition to strong communication, writing and arithmetic skills, you should also have a genuine interest in providing health care, along with good use of your hands and strong physical stamina.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced, Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) Welder to join our aerospace manufacturing team. This position is ideal for individuals who have experience and are eager to grow within a structured and supportive environment. You will assist in the welding, fabrication, and assembly of propellant space tank systems and sub-assemblies.
Pay Range: $40 to $60 per hour.
Position Requirements
- Weld, assemble, and fabricate various propellant space tank systems and sub-assembly components using GTAW (TIG) welding methods
- Use precision-calibrated tools such as torque wrenches, micrometers, and calipers to ensure quality and accuracy
- Perform work in accordance with detailed procedures, specifications, and test instructions
- Read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing work instructions
- Utilize various mechanical tools and equipment with minimal supervision
- Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other heavy equipment safely
- Perform surface preparation processes such as blending, filing, and abrading of flight hardware

As the Grind Operator your responsibilities will include
- Producing parts using centreless grinding methods that meet drawing and specification requirements
- Verifying machine settings prior to operation
- Following customer and internal work instructions accurately
- Performing basic machine maintenance in line with PM schedules

The Bio-Med Technician is responsible for receiving and monitoring stock of infusion pumps among other tasks.

Responsibilities include the following:
1. Check in pumps from service of patientβs care.
2. Carefully check pumps for damages.
3. Clean and test pumps for accuracy.
4. Make sure the infusion pumps are available for use.
5. Monitor stock of infusion pump daily.
6. Return Rental infusion pump back to vendors.
7. Arrange infusion pump pick return.
8. Provide support to Pharmacy Staff and other departments
Minimum Qualifications:
- Effective interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.
- Must be detail-oriented with accuracy.

The Insurance Coordinator is responsible for all new referral insurance verification and/or authorization in a timely matter.
Reporting Relationship

Responsibilities include the following:
- Responsible for insurance verification and/or authorization on patients.
- Responsible for audit of information from the Intake Referral Form and patient information received from the referral source entered into the computer system correctly. This includes but is not limited to: demographics, insurance, physician, nursing agency, diagnosis, height, weight, and allergies (when information is available and as applicable).
- Re-verification of verification and/or authorization and demographics on all patients.
- Participate in surveys conducted by authorized inspection agencies.
- Participate in in-service education programs provided by the pharmacy.
- Report any misconduct, suspicious or unethical activities to the Compliance Officer.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to express technical issues in βlaymanβ terms. Fluency in a second language is a plus.

Lead or Senior Superintendent
- We are seeking an experienced Lead or Senior Superintendent to oversee the full construction lifecycle of ground-up multifamily developments, including podium, wrap, and wood-frame projects. This role requires a hands-on field leader with deep multifamily experience, strong subcontractor management skills, and the ability to manage complex site logistics, schedules, and quality standards from mobilization through final turnover.
Key Responsibilities
Field Leadership & Construction Execution
β’ Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through project closeout.
β’ Enforce project schedules, sequencing, and daily work plans to achieve milestones.
β’ Maintain strict adherence to safety standards, quality control procedures, and contract documents.
Site Logistics & Coordination
β’ Manage site logistics including deliveries, crane operations, limited laydown space, and access control.
β’ Coordinate with inspectors, utilities, and local authorities.
β’ Anticipate and resolve challenges related to working hours, noise ordinances, and neighboring properties.
Subcontractor & Trade Management
β’ Direct, schedule, and hold subcontractors accountable for manpower, productivity, and quality.
β’ Lead daily huddles and weekly coordination meetings.
β’ Review work in place for compliance with drawings and specifications.
Schedule, Quality & Closeout
β’ Drive the project schedule and proactively mitigate delays.
β’ Conduct inspections, punch walks, and quality reviews.
β’ Oversee commissioning, inspections, and final turnover to ownership.
Qualifications
β’ 7+ years of experience as a Lead or Senior Superintendent on ground-up multifamily projects.
β’ Proven experience with podium, wrap, or wood-frame construction.
β’ Strong understanding of structural systems, MEP coordination, and finish sequencing.
β’ Ability to read and interpret drawings, schedules, and specifications.
β’ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Job Position: Demand Planner II
Target Pay Range: $90,000-$110,000/year, depending on level of relevant experience and qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Demand Planner is responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts and analyzing market trends to support business planning and operational decision-making. This role works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to translate business insights into actionable demand plans, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Develop and maintain short- and long-term demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, promotional insights and business inputs.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, demand variability, and forecast accuracy, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to incorporate promotions, new product launches, and market trends into demand plans.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and performance metrics, identifying patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the S&OP process by providing timely, accurate, and data-driven insights for cross-functional planning discussions and decision-making.
- Perform scenario analysis and βwhat-ifβ modeling to evaluate potential business outcomes.
- Prepare reports and dashboards summarizing forecast trends, performance, and risk areas.
- Identify and communicate risks or constraints in meeting demand to Supply Chain and Production teams.
- Maintain demand planning systems and ensure data integrity within ERP/MRP tools.
- Generate reports and metrics on forecast accuracy, bias, and inventory performance to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with ad hoc analysis related to product launches, market trends, and supply chain performance.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelorβs degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 2β5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or business analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills β able to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Experience with statistical forecasting tools or software (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, JDA).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage complexity and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with strong financial acumen and understanding of inventory management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing multiple production facilities.
- APICS / CPIM or similar supply chain certification.
- Experience supporting the launch, growth, and operational scaling of a start-up organization.
- Familiarity with food safety standards, quality assurance programs, and regulatory compliance requirements in a manufacturing or production environment.
