Position Overview: LPN – Rehabilitation Hall (Day Shift)
The Day Shift LPN on the Rehabilitation Hall provides direct nursing care to residents recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Working under the direction of the RN, the LPN supports care coordination, medication administration, and clinical monitoring to ensure safe and effective rehabilitation outcomes.
Our 12-hour, 7-on/7-off schedule allows for excellent work-life balance while maintaining continuity of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to rehabilitation residents
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the RN or physician
- Assist with development and implementation of care plans
- Document resident care accurately and timely
- Support therapy and rehabilitation goals in coordination with the care team
