About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-driven HEPA Certification Coordinator to manage and maintain HEPA filter compliance across our pharmaceutical cleanroom facilities. You’ll work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure air quality standards are met and documented.

- Oversee HEPA filter certification and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with GxP and industry standards

Duties/Responsibilities: The Office Assistant 1, SG-6, will be assigned to the Claims Processing Unit within the Office of Victim Services. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
- Monitor incoming claim applications and data enter paper victim compensation claim applications on behalf of victims of crime;
- Assign victim compensation claims to OVS Investigators;
- Answer phone calls to the Agency’s primary phone numbers, including the 800 and main OVS telephone lines, and route calls as appropriate;
- Monitor shared email inboxes for Claims Intake and victim compensation Emergency Awards, taking appropriate action for each inquiry;
- Barcode label, scan, and send tasks/notifications to manage documents related to victim compensation claims within the claims processing system;
- Assist victims, claimants, and providers with the disposition and status of compensation claims and reimbursement;
- Utilize knowledge of Agency policies and procedures to perform assigned job duties;
- Perform other duties as assigned, including coverage for mail duties as needed.

Role Description
The Zipline Guide will be responsible for ensuring the safety, enjoyment, and memorable experiences of guests navigating zip line courses and treetop challenges. The New York State Unified Court System is seeking a Court Building Guard in the Court of Appeals in Albany, NY.
Court Building Guards work in State-owned court facilities and are primarily responsible for ensuring building security after regular business hours. Building Guards also serve as receptionists, driver-messengers, switchboard operators, and perform other related duties.
Assignment: Court of Appeals Hall, 20 Eagle Street, Albany, New York 12:00 am to 8:00 am, Monday through Friday.
Court Building Guards conduct routine and periodic rounds to inspect the facilities for safety and security during their shift.
Qualifications: Successful completion of the eighth grade or the equivalent; and Possession of a valid New York State Driver's License.
