Salary: $150,000
- $220,000 per year A bit about us: We are looking for a high-performing associate attorney with 2–5 years of experience to join our Corporate/Transactional Department, with a concentration in commercial banking and finance.

This is an opportunity for a motivated associate to step into meaningful responsibility early, work directly with experienced partners, and play a key role in sophisticated, market-driven transactions.

The ideal candidate has experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in commercial finance matters, including loan documentation, review of real estate and other collateral matters, and transaction-level due diligence.

More importantly, we are seeking someone who thinks like a business lawyer—an associate who enjoys solving complex issues, anticipates client needs, and delivers practical, solutions-oriented advice.
