Responsibilities Include:

• Rates and issues all transaction types using manual and automated methods for all commercial lines of business, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
• Follows established authority levels, workflows, and procedures to ensure timely, accurate processing and alignment with service‑level standards.
• Proactively identifies transactions approaching or exceeding service‑level agreements (SLAs) and taking appropriate action to ensure timely resolution.
• Communicate effectively with agents, underwriting, and internal partners to obtain necessary information, interpret instructions, resolve rating or policy issues, and maintain strong working relationships that support accurate transaction processing and overall operational efficiency.
• Takes ownership of assigned training by completing required certifications, maintaining subject‑matter expertise, and applying learned skills to support accurate and efficient transaction processing.
• Supports additional regional operating units as needed, applying technical knowledge and workflow proficiency to ensure consistent service‑level performance across the organization.
• Maintains strong proficiency in all software applications and tools required to perform rating responsibilities.
• Actively participates in team discussions, problem‑solving efforts, and the development of best practices to support team effectiveness.
• Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, including identifying opportunities to enhance processes, workflows, and system functionality.
• Performs all other duties as assigned to support departmental goals and operational efficiency.

The Regional Field Sciences Research Technician will be responsible for assisting in all small plot research activities as a part of Field Sciences team at remote locations across IA with base around Des Moines, IA. The Research Technician will provide support to the CHRD field scientists in line with the technical objectives provided by the Field Sciences Biology Program leaders and pertinent company stewardship guidelines. The Research Technician will provide support in managing trial establishment but also in field and laboratory data collection, insect/pathogen rearing and collection. All job responsibilities are expected to be at the Johnston R&D Center with occasional travel to assist other scientist in the region.

Qualifications - What You'll Bring:

• Minimum of B.S degree in agricultural related field and minimum of 2-5 years of agricultural experience working in Mid-Western field crops with focus on corn and soybean.

• Broad agronomic understanding and leadership, ability to establish and maintain agronomic crops for executing reliable field trials. Crop production will focus on soybean, canola, corn, wheat, sorghum, etc.

• Understands production practices for commercial production including but not limited to land preparation, irrigation, fertilization, pest management and other agronomic practices.

• Knowledge and practical experience with production equipment required in crop production (tractors, irrigation, tillage, planting, spray equipment, harvesters).

• Experience operating tractors and performing land preparation activities.

• Basic mechanical and service work on equipment is required.

• Flexibility to changing work requirements and adaptable to adverse weather conditions including the ability to work outdoors.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to keep detailed work records.

• Ability to lead and manage crews including seasonal temporary labor or interns.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst (AI Enablement) to support ***’s AI transformation initiatives. This role will partner with ***’s BSA team, IT leadership, and PMO to understand current SDLC processes, identify pain points, gaps, and inconsistencies across teams, and translate findings into a more streamlined, AI-enabled operating model.

The BSA will assess our current requirements elicitation process and help define how an AI-infused approach can significantly improve the thoroughness, completeness, and quality of user requirements specifically for consumption by an AI coding agent. This includes identifying cross-system dependencies, non-functional requirements, and user personas from initial requirement elicitation through Jira story creation. This role will help transform our BSA capabilities by leveraging custom-built AI solutions to accelerate cycle time, improve consistency, and reduce downstream rework.

This role will also define measurable success criteria and develop metrics to evaluate process improvements and AI impact across the SDLC: gathering requirements across several other SDLC-related AI initiatives and provide light project management support across multiple AI workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

Assess current BA workflows, documentation standards, and impact analysis processes from user requirement elicitation through Jira story creation, identifying gaps, redundancies, inconsistencies and improvements across teams.

Identify friction points and define AI-enabled use cases with measurable business outcomes.

Drive feedback loops for AI proofs of concept (POCs) delivered to teams by gathering structured user input, measuring adoption and effectiveness, and incorporating insights into iterative improvements.

Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and pilot validation sessions.

Develop and maintain lightweight project plans, timelines, and status reporting to ensure AI initiatives remain aligned with business priorities and strategic objectives.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of Business Analysis or Business Systems Analysis experience in technology or software environments.

Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and facilitation skills.

Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.

Practical familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude Code CLI, ChatGPT, Copilot) and understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, prompt engineering, AI governance, and AI risk considerations).

Strong systems thinking, structured communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience implementing AI or automation solutions within enterprise environments.

Familiarity with AWS AI services (e.g., AWS Bedrock) or other enterprise AI platforms.

Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, or similar SDLC ecosystems.

Experience supporting PMO processes or managing multiple concurrent initiatives along with a functional understanding of Agile practices.
