We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support daily intermodal operations. This role involves managing work orders, tracking rail and port activity, coordinating appointments, and serving as the main communication link between customers, dispatch teams, and carriers. Work Order Management
