Minimum Requirements:
- Excellent attendance and the ability to work the same shift each day (8am-5pm Monday through Friday)
- Experience with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn company specific systems
- Prior office experience is preferred
- High school diploma required, secondary education preferred

As part of the Advanced UX Insights team, you'll help the build a foundation for General Motors customer experiences on the 10-year horizon. You will frame and communicate visions of the future and propose new vehicle experience opportunities for GM through conceptual visualization, prototyping, and 2D/3D design. This team blends future foresight, creativity, strategic thinking, industrial design and digital visualization craft to envision intuitive, inclusive, and future‐forward mobility experiences. What You'll Do:
Immerse in a collaborative process of learning and discourse, informed by the latest views on societal, technology, economic, policy and sustainability trends. Identify and communicate key disruptors that could alter the vehicle transportation business. Lead an iterative design problem solving process that considers existing and emerging technologies, then creatively applies them to address current and projected customer needs. Create visions for the future that define key customer value propositions, required vehicle attributes, hardware and software features, technical requirements, and customer experience outcomes. Envision advanced UX concepts and visual directions that shape future in‐vehicle experiences, supported by storyboards, narrative flows, and clear visual storytelling. Produce and guide others in the creation of high‐quality concept visuals—including 2D illustrations, UI explorations, and simple 3D models or animations that bring future‐state interactions to life. Deliver finished design assets such as layouts, sketches, motion graphics, and user journeys that are ready for collaboration, customer research or handoff. Collaborate and present effectively with cross‐functional teams (design, research, engineering, product, suppliers) while bringing forward fresh foresight from UX, mobility, AI, and technology trends to influence future product and service decisions.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
- 2D sketching/rendering, 3D conceptual modeling, animation, and presentation visualization
- 5+ years of professional experience in Industrial Design, Transportation Design, UX Design, Human Interface Design, or related fields.
- Strong, thoughtfully curated design portfolio demonstrating:
- A customer-centric approach to design highlighting original, creative solutions that solve clearly articulated customer needs
- Design proposals that consider the full spectrum of user interactions both physical and digital
- A range of design, visualization and communication methods utilized to best communicate your concepts across variety of design challenges
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong proficiency in 2D sketching/rendering in Photoshop.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented P&ID Designer or Process Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating and revising Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) using AutoCAD, Revit, and Plant 3D, with a strong understanding of ISO and industry standards. This role is critical to ensuring accurate documentation of process systems for industrial, manufacturing, or energy projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and revise P&IDs for process systems in compliance with ISO and project-specific standards.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and process engineers to ensure accurate system representation.
- Use AutoCAD Plant 3D and Revit to model piping layouts, instrumentation, and equipment.
- Maintain and update engineering documentation, including BOMs, datasheets, and control narratives.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure drawings meet regulatory and safety requirements.
- Support project teams during design reviews, construction, and commissioning phases.
- Integrate P&IDs with 3D models and databases for intelligent documentation and asset tracking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in P&ID design or process engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Plant 3D.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and ANSI/ISA instrumentation symbols.
- Familiarity with process control systems and industrial equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SmartPlant P&ID or AVEVA Diagrams.
- Knowledge of BIM workflows and integration.
- Understanding of process safety and HAZOP documentation.

You’ll assess needs, craft care plans with care, and connect individuals to the resources that genuinely move the needle.
This role is remote with 25% local travel to visit members in Wayne and Macomb Counties, Michigan.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a caseload and conduct behavioral health assessments in members’ homes, community spaces, or by phone.
- Develop and coordinate individualized care plans that address the full picture: physical, social, and behavioral.
- Partner with interdisciplinary care teams (ICT), physicians, and caregivers to ensure members receive consistent, appropriate support.
- Help members break down barriers to care—whether that’s housing, transportation, benefits access, or simply knowing where to start.
- Serve as the member’s anchor: the main point of contact and advocate for steady, sustainable health outcomes.
Plus:
- 2+ years of clinical behavioral health experience.
- Experience working with adult populations, care coordination, and community health resources.
- Strong communication, documentation, organizational, and computer skills (MS Office proficiency required).
- Ability to travel locally (25%) throughout Wayne or Macomb County.
- A private home workspace with secure internet access — quiet, steady, reliable.
Preferred
- Master’s level Social Work license (LMSW/LCSW).
