Role Description

This is a part time/full-time, on-site Event Coordinator role located at Nickajack Farms in North Lawrence, OH. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events, maintaining open communication with clients, providing excellent customer service, managing event logistics, and supporting sales efforts to maximize client satisfaction. The role works closely with staff and vendors to ensure seamless event experiences from start to finish.

• Strong Event Planning and Event Management skills to expertly organize, coordinate, and execute events
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact effectively with clients and vendors
• Experience in Sales with a focus on building relationships and securing event bookings
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple tasks and address challenges quickly
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for event schedules

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, with assistance if necessary.
• Problem solving involving a few concrete variables in standardized situation.
• Basic testing of product under direction.
