Job Summary
Responsible for administration of nuclear imaging procedures, calculation, diagnostic, therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals, and adjunctive medications using a variety of equipment and strictly adhering to relevant safety standards. Performs quality nuclear medicine imaging examinations through the application of advanced technical knowledge while maintaining strict attention to patient care in accordance with department policy and procedure. Collects patient information, analyzes data and provides quality images for a physician to diagnose a patient.
Dependent on needs of facility and department may also be responsible and cross-trained in performing positron emission tomography computed tomography (PETCT) scans with thorough understanding of all processes related to PETCT. Has ability to perform nuclear medicine procedures after appropriate orientation to the department. Able to work with growth and development needs of unique client populations. Confirmation of thorough understanding of all processes related to PETCT.

Qualifications
Must have completed an educational program and clinical experience accepted by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or completed a formal AMA accredited Nuclear Medicine program and be certified by the CNMT or NMTBC.
One year experience as a staff radiologic technologist; if graduate of a formal Nuclear Medicine program, no experience is
required. Must have a thorough understanding of diagnostic radiographic principles, including film processing, quality control
and radiation protection.
Must be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or be a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT).

Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. Collaborates with resident and family, other inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care. Qualifications
Must have graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing. Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.

minimum of 400 hours of experience as a RN (or LPN) at another facility.

Job Summary

Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages in assisted living, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. Demonstrate knowledge of nursing principles for the resident in the relevant clinical setting. Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with resident, health care providers, and the public. Ability to work effectively with professional and supportive personnel as a member of an interdisciplinary care team. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages in assisted living, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. Demonstrate knowledge of nursing principles for the resident in the relevant clinical setting. The LPN demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards related to the physical and psychosocial needs of the resident as per care plan. The LPN must possess the ability to perform testing to evaluate data reflective of the resident's status and to provide the care needed. Demonstrates ability to recognize problems, recommend solutions and respond effectively to assist in an emergent situation.
Ensures the health, comfort and safety of residents. Contributes to the assessment of residents and administers medications or treatments as ordered. Provides technical support to healthcare professionals as needed. Documents resident interactions as needed and the outcomes related to resident care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary. Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with resident, health care providers, and the public. Ability to work effectively with professional and supportive personnel as a member of an interdisciplinary care team. Ability to communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Counsels residents, family members and/or resident advocate, under the direction of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider or physician on prevention and treatment plans. Knowledge of resident education principles to develop a self-care program. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must have graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing program leading to licensure as a Licensed Practical
Nurse. Specific services/positions may have additional education, training, or experience requirements.
Long term care, sub-acute care, medical/surgical experience preferred.
Requires current licensure as a practical nurse in the state/states of practice.

Job Summary
