Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Data Architect to lead the design, modernization, and operational excellence of our enterprise data platform. This role blends hands on data architecture with cloud and on prem platform engineering, reliability, and DevOps practices.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience designing scalable data solutions, modernizing database environments, implementing automation and CI/CD pipelines, and driving platform reliability across mission critical systems. Data Platform Architecture & Modernization

- Advanced SQL proficiency and strong Python coding skills

The LOA Specialist will play a critical role in overseeing compliance and administrative processes related to Leave of Absence (LOA) and Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
