Primary role is to collaborate, communicate and facilitate coordination of services as established by the healthcare team and executed by the case manager.

The Position
- The Center Director of PACE will provide overall leadership and oversight for the PACE program, ensuring effective administration, regulatory compliance, quality care delivery, and program growth.
- Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and in collaboration with the Board of Managers, this Director will manage a comprehensive network of clinical and support services for older adults, including medical care, home services, transportation, and day health centers.
