Responsibilities and duties:
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service to all donors and customers
- Help the driver build, sustain, maintain donation box and donation station sites for collections.
- Help assist on two-man residential special routes, garage sales pick-ups, estates sale pick-ups, and fundraiser drive pick-ups.
- Assist with collection box and trailer site placements and removals
- Help unload collections from truck(s) at the end of the routes.
- Maintain clean and orderly donation sites and routes based on company operational protocols and standards
- Work safely and efficiently in loading and unloading trucks and trailers
- Possess the ability to regularly work in the heat, the cold and in wet weather conditions
- Job can be physically demanding and required some heavy lifting but can be rewarding as well.
Qualifications:
- Must possess valid state driver's license.
- Must be 21 years or older
- Applicant must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Capable of bending, stooping, crouching, pushing, pulling and climbing stairs and in and out of a truck frequently.
