  • Relentless: We do not stop until justice is served.
  • Professionalism: We lead with integrity and poise.

This role requires a warrior's heart for Compassion and an auditor's eye for Excellence.

  • Insurance Coordination: Confirm all applicable insurance coverages (Liability, UM/UIM, MedPay) and handle initial property damage claims where necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of Pre-Suit Personal Injury experience is preferred. We need someone who can hit the ground running.
  • Heavy Caseload Experience: Proven ability to manage 75–100+ active files without compromising on the 5 Creeds.
  • Communication: Exceptional "bedside manner" for clients combined with a firm, professional "negotiator" tone for adjusters.
  • Technical Skills: Mastery of Case Management Software (e.g., Filevine,) Slack, and Microsoft Office.
  • Critical Thinking: The ability to spot "the missing piece" of evidence that turns a $10k case into a $100k case.
  • Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a significant plus but not required.
