Agile & Delivery Management
- Create and maintain clear epics, features, and user stories for automation tools, APIs, and workflows.
- Refine backlog items to ensure feasibility, clarity, and engineering alignment.
- Partner with Scrum Master and Engineering Leads to enable predictable sprint-based delivery.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison between automation engineering and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Gather and translate requirements from system verification, platform software, airline program teams, and integration labs.
- Communicate roadmap, progress, dependencies, and risks with clarity and consistency.

This position will work with our Senior Geotechnical Engineer to build their professional skills.
Salary is based on experience, therefore, starting pay is negotiable.
Responsibilities: Planning and Performing Geotechnical Field Explorations.
Writing Daily Field Report.
Conducting various Laboratory Testing.
Completing Engineering Analyses.
Preparing Geotechnical Engineering Reports and Deliverables.
Performing Special Inspections during Construction.
General Requirements: 5 to 10 years of Geotechnical Engineering experience.
BSCE/MSCE (Geotechnical) PE, working towards or has OR GE Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record Proficient in writing and analytical skills Work as a team member.
