POSITION OVERVIEW
The role of Therapist I involves conducting individual counseling and facilitating group sessions, maintaining thorough and timely documentation in the electronic health record of clients/patients, developing treatment plans, and coordinating discharge planning. Additionally, the Therapist I often engages with other agencies, advocates for clients/patients, and offers case management services as needed.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide individual counseling and/or group facilitation to clients/patients with mental health and substance abuse disorders.
- Maintain concise, timely, and thorough documentation in the client/patient electronic health record as defined by agency standards.
- Conduct discharge planning based on the patientβs/clientβs needs.
- Demonstrate a βwhole personβ approach to care, including the patientβs/clientβs family/support system when appropriate.
- Attend all required internal training and optional external training regarding evidence-based practices for Behavioral Health.
- Complete assigned agency tasks in a timely manner.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in emergency situations under the supervision of an agency clinical supervisor.
- Participate in scheduled meetings, including treatment team and staff meetings.
- Develop networks of care for the betterment of the client.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team to foster a network of support and diverse views regarding clinical issues that arise in the performance of direct service functions.
- Meet regularly or monthly with the clinical supervisor to problem-solve, review productivity, and ensure clientsβ needs are met.

- The Software Test Development Engineer plays a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of hardware products, contributing to the overall success of the manufacturing process and customer satisfaction.
- You will be responsible for contributing to the end-to-end architecture, definition, development and production deployment of production software applications and infrastructure spanning multiple customers and manufacturing regions.
- As the Sr. Manufacturing Cloud Test Development Engineer, you will also be responsible for interfacing internal engineering, manufacturing and quality teams and our end customers to ensure your software deliverables meet the rigorous standards of Jabilβs world-class manufacturing environments.
What will you do?
Test System Development:
- Design and develop test systems and procedures for manufacturing processes. This includes creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts to assess the functionality and performance of hardware components or devices such as
- motherboard,
- memory,
- CPU, storage (SSD, HDD, NVMe) and
- PCIE devices (NIC, GPU, Mezz cards, RAID cards)
Test Software Development:
- Create, validate, release, and maintain test software and scripts that automate the testing process. This software may include code for controlling test equipment, collecting, and analyzing data, and generating test reports.
Sustaining Test:
- Support and maintenance for the manufacturing server (L10) and rack (L11) level test software and infrastructure deployed at our production facilities, including the implementation of minor system configuration changes (new IPNs).
Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive manufacturing server (L10) and rack (L11) documentation of test procedures, specifications, and Infrastructure.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, manufacturing engineers, and quality assurance personnel, to ensure alignment on testing requirements and quality standards.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in testing technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices to keep manufacturing processes competitive and up to date.

Responsibilities
Those in the Hospital Corpsman Advanced Technical Field go beyond the duties of basic Hospital Corpsman, working in austere and challenging environments while saving lives. Each of the three classifications has its own responsibilities:
Special Operations Independent Duty Corpsman (SOIDC)
- Provide advanced medical care and operational services for Marine Reconnaissance, USMC Special Operations Forces and Navy Special Operations Command personnel, like SWCC and SEALs
- Engage as a team member in direct action, special reconnaissance, foreign internal defense and unconventional warfare
Search and Rescue Medical Technician (SMT)
- Rescue patients and deliver emergency care from the back of a helicopter
- Perform aircrew duties and En Route Care (ERC) for routine illness and emergent patients
- Provide relief and assistance in areas ravaged by catastrophic natural disasters
- Support Search and Rescue (SAR), tactical evacuation (TECEVAC), Medical Evacuation (MEDEVAC), casualty evacuation (CASEVAC) and Combat Search & Rescue (CSAR) for Navy and Marine Corps Aviation
Deep Sea Diving Medical Technician (DMT)
- Provide basic medicine and assist medics in prevention and treatment of diving related illnesses, injuries associated with deep sea diving and hyperbaric conditions
- Operate, test and repair all Navy diving equipment
- Perform underwater inspections, harbor/port/ship security inspections, conduct ordnance searches, rescue personnel, engage in special warfare and small boat operations
- Operate Swimmer Delivery Vehicle Dry-Deck Shelter system and submarine Lock-in/Lock-out systems
Work Environment
As a Hospital Corpsman, you have the most diverse range of work environments in the Navy. Your job will likely take you all over the world-and far out of your comfort zone. If you choose to go the Hospital Corpsman Advanced Technical Field route, you will work in extreme and sometimes precarious conditions. From deep-sea diving to combat missions to flying in MH-60 Romeo helicopters, you will train outside the realm of conventional military forces to prepare for any mission. You may work independent of a physician or under supervision in this program.
Training & Advancement
Upon completion of initial training at Recruit Training Command Great Lakes (known as Boot Camp), you'll report for specialized training including:
Hospital Corps A School (19 weeks) in San Antonio, Texas for training on basic principles and techniques of patient care and first aid procedures.
After A School, HM-ATF candidates track to one of three advanced training paths:
- Special Operations Independent Duty Corpsman Pipeline (121 weeks)
Areas of training include but are not limited to basic reconnaissance, airborne operations, combatant diving, demolitions, clinical diagnostics, advanced trauma skills, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), basic surgical anesthesia, basic veterinary medicine and basic dental exams. - Search and Rescue Medical Tech Pipeline (27 weeks)

What Youβll Do
- Lead the project entitlement process from start to finish, including zoning changes, plat approvals, and securing all necessary permits from municipal, county, and state/provincial authorities.
- Conduct comprehensive site feasibility and due diligence, including review of title/survey, environmental reports, and geotechnical studies to identify potential development constraints and opportunities.

We are seeking a Lead Industrial Engineer to develop and implement efficient production methods and process controls for new and existing assembly operations. In this hands-on role, you will monitor assembly processes, troubleshoot issues, and drive quality improvements. This position is part of the core team launching new manufacturing technologies at our production facility in Florence, KY. It is a fully on-site role, and relocation assistance is available for candidates who live more than 50 miles from the Florence area. The ideal candidate has experience in high-level assembly, testing, and integration of highly complex electronic hardware infrastructure. This is a senior individual contributor position, requiring someone who can collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, highβconstraint environment to deliver data-driven process improvements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement procedures for complex hardware assemblies to validate system integrity and maintain compliance with industry standards and customer quality specifications.
This role is operationally focused, working closely with leads within Test Engineering and Quality Engineering to drive process test optimization, improvement and execution to plan.
Improve manufacturability, reduce cycle times, and enhance reliability of complex server rack assemblies.
Implement and optimize assembly processes to improve efficiency, reliability, safety, and sustainability.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies in production and workflows to maximize FPY, throughput, and quality.
Support Business Development through assessing the needs of potential customers in conjunction with the Engineering Manager and Engineering Leads.
Design, configure, and monitor process performance during both manufacturing and operational phases, ensuring processes run within specified parameters.
Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including work instructions, flow charts, and control plans for all critical processes.
Implement process improvements to reduce energy consumption, minimize waste, and lower operational costs while maintaining quality standards.
Monitor key process parameters to ensure compliance with operational thresholds and promptly address deviations.
Analyze process data to identify trends, predict failures, and support preventive maintenance strategies for equipment and systems.
Develop and manage a comprehensive maintenance plan for all process-related equipment and assets, ensuring high uptime and reliability.
Conduct Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) analyses and risk assessments for all process steps to identify potential failure modes and quality improvement opportunities.
Own the full lifecycle of process equipment, including selection, commissioning, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating servicing or upgrades as needed.
Support the commissioning and validation of new server rack systems and upgrades, ensuring they meet design specifications and integrate smoothly into production.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, design, quality, and maintenance) and utilize data-driven insights to drive continuous process improvements and implement changes that enhance overall production performance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education : Bachelorβs Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related engineering discipline.
Experience : 8 years of transferrable experience in a process engineering, manufacturing engineering, or industrial engineering capacity within a manufacturing environment (with Bachelor's Degree) OR 6 years of transferrable experience in a process engineering, manufacturing engineering, or industrial engineering (with Master's Degree). Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered.
Proven experience with complex system assembly in a manufacturing setting, ideally involving computer/server hardware or server rack infrastructure.
Proficiency with process control systems, instrumentation, and various sensor technologies used in monitoring and automation.
Demonstrated experience with DMAIC methodology, root cause analysis, and other continuous improvement tools/methodologies (Kaizen, 5-Why, FMEA).
Excellent analytical skills, with strong communication and technical writing abilities for documenting processes and reporting results.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders using data-driven insights to drive process changes and improvements.
Proven ability to excel in a highly constrained, fast-paced production environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
Hands-on mindset and teamwork orientation, with a willingness to be on the factory floor engaging directly with equipment and processes.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with assembly, testing, and integration of highly complex electronic hardware infrastructure.

Develop an understanding of the Workcell business strategy as it pertains to Test Engineering.
Provide regular updates to BUM, WCM, and Operations Manager on the execution of the strategy.
Identify creative ways to reduce cost by streamlining processes and systems (i.e. modification of responsibilities or consolidation of tasks, elimination of non-value-added processes, or complete re-engineering of processes and systems).
Utilize tools to monitor departmental cost and cost trends, striving continuously to improve value.
Provide feedback to peers (BUMs, WCMs, Functional Managers (FMs) on cost and cost trends.
Prepare timely forecasts for the department.
Compare forward forecast results to historical actual results for trend assessment and analysis.
TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management.
Assess the adequacy of data gathering methods utilized by the Workcells.

Establish new measurement systems if/where possible.
Exchange knowledge and information with other Jabil facilities to ensure best practices are shared throughout the Jabil organization.

Evaluate customer test strategies and recommend appropriate test solutions to support customer requests.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelorβs degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline preferred
Minimum of 8 years work-related experience in a HW test or electrical engineering role with a minimum of 5 years management experience required.
Or a combination of education, experience and/or training.
Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.
Electronics manufacturing and HW testing background highly desired
Ability to understand schematics
Contribute to development of DOE's and data gathering to resolve ongoing failure trends
Ability to understand test scripts and make modifications as needed,
Ability to solve random failures by interrogation of test logs/ software / physical measurement / visual identification, define implement and perform tester PMΒ

Salary for newly appointed law enforcement Border Patrol Agents varies from:
Base Salary: GL-9/GS-11, $63,148 - $120,145 per year
Locality Pay: Varies by duty location.
Overtime Pay: Up to 25%
Duty location impacts pay rates; locality pay for federal law enforcement is higher in some locations than others. A fully trained BPA may be eligible for up to an additional 25% of base pay per the BPA Pay Reform Act of 2014. This is a career ladder position with a grade level progression from GL-9 to GS-11 to GS-12. You will be eligible for a promotion to the next higher grade level (without re-applying) once you successfully complete 52 weeks in the lower grade level.
All Border Patrol Agents may select from an array of federal employment benefits that include health and insurance plans, a generous annual and sick leave program, and participation in the Thrift Savings Plan, a retirement plan that is similar to traditional and ROTH 401(k) offerings.
*Recruitment Incentive* Newly appointed Border Patrol Agents (as defined in 5 CFR 575.102) will be offered up to a $20,000 incentive. Duties and Responsibilities:
As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.
Typical assignments include:
- Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.
- Preventing and apprehending aliens and smugglers of aliens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations.
- Interpreting and following tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband.
- Performing farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols, and transportation checks.
- Patrolling the international boundary and coastal waterways using a variety of government assets such as vehicles, horses, vessels, watercraft, off-road vehicles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and motorcycles for the accomplishment of the USBP Mission.
Qualifications:
GL-9: You qualify for the GL-9 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:
- Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
- Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
- Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.
GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as:
- Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
- Leading investigations of fraud, contraband, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or illegal operations to determine sources and patterns while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
- Apprehending violators of state, federal, or immigration laws by utilizing various forms of complex technology that include surveillance, detection, situation awareness systems, and/or communications equipment.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.
There are no education substitutions for the GL-9 or GS-11 grade-level Border Patrol Agent opportunities.

Citizenship: You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position.
Residency: You must have had primary U.S. residency (including protectorates as declared under international law) for at least three of the last five years.
Age Restriction: In accordance with Public Law 100-238, this position is covered under law enforcement retirement provisions. Candidates must be referred for selection to the Border Patrol Agent position before reaching their 40th birthday in accordance with Department of Homeland Security Directive 251-03. The age restriction may not apply if you are currently serving or have previously served in a federal civilian law enforcement (non-military) position covered by Title 5 U.S.C. 8336(c) or Title 5 U.S.C. 8412(d).
Veterans' Preference: You may also be eligible for an excepted service Veterans' Recruitment Appointment (VRA). The age restriction does not apply if you are Veterans' Preference eligible.
Formal Training: After you are hired, you will be detailed to the U.S. Border Patrol Academy in Artesia, New Mexico, for approximately six (6) months of intensive instruction in immigration and nationality laws, law enforcement, and USBP-specific operations, driver training, physical techniques, firearms, and other courses. Border Patrol work requires the ability to speak and read Spanish, as well as English. Border Patrol Agents will be provided training to become proficient in the Spanish language at the Academy.
