Job Details What You Will Do .
Defend developers, general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and product manufacturers in construction defect litigation .
Manage cases from inception through trial or resolution .
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and dispositive motions .
Take and defend depositions, including expert depositions .
Attend site inspections and collaborate with consultants and technical experts .
Analyze insurance policies and address coverage issues when applicable .
