Starting Pay:

Ride Attendant (16/17 years of age): $15.00/Hour 
Ride Operator (18 or older): $15.50/Hour 

• Providing guests with a safe and enjoyable ride experience
• Entertaining guests and calming their nerves as they board our world-class rides and attractions
• Controlling buttons and switches to launch attractions out onto the ride course
• Ensuring the overall safe operation of your assigned ride or attraction

We will be hosting a lifeguard hiring event on March 28, 2026 from 10-4pm at our HR Office! We will be hosting walk-in interviews, meet and great with our Aquatics team, and same day processing! 

The HR Office is located at 1756 Main Street in Agawam, MA

• Maintaining constant vigilance and supervision of guests in Hurricane Harbor water park
• Recognizing and managing aquatic emergencies by utilizing skills taught by Ellis & Associates ILTP
• Assisting guests with questions concerning rides, directions, and policies
• Remaining at a “Test Ready” skill level at all times
• Adhering to all policies, practices, and procedures outlined in the Ellis & Associates ILTP program
• Adhering to bio-hazardous waste disposal procedures, and perform all related duties in compliance with fecal matter exposure policy
• Attending weekly-scheduled in-service training sessions

• Performing audits and inspections as directed by the Safety Department management

Our Park Services House Keeper works to keep the park clean from behind the scenes! You'll support the team on the backend, by keeping employee work areas and offices ready to go. Your attention to detail helps to ensure a friendly and welcoming enviroment for everyone.
Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Six Flags Mantra – Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe Service
• Regularly inspecting behind-the-scenes areas for cleanliness and safety issues
• Sanitizing and cleaning office/restroom facilities, including but not limited to trash receptacles, sinks, toilets, mirrors, stalls, lights, vents, counters, walls and floors within the assigned area
• Emptying and replacing liners in trash receptacles and restock toiletries as needed
• Transporting waste to designated compactor areas, adhering to the park’s waste policies
• Respond promptly to and clean up any biohazard or vomit spills using appropriate materials and PPE

• Testing the pool-water hourly and as required and make any necessary adjustments in water chemistry to the specification’s required by Massachusetts Health Codes.
• Maintaining the filtration/circulation systems, including regular backwashing of the filter media and cleaning of the hair & lint strainers and skimmer baskets.
• Assist with general maintenance projects that include, but not limited to, painting, concrete repairs, landscaping and pressure washing.
