Senior Construction Project Manager - Retail Division

Position Overview
Place Services, Inc. (PSI) has an immediate need for a Senior Project Manager to sit out of our HQ in Canton, GA.
The SPM will focus on Retail construction projects ranging from $500k - $10M.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership and accountability of your Retail Construction projects and manage them from end to end
- Own the project budget from precon to completion while maintaining PSI's financial systems (PSI uses Acumatica)
- Align workforce with project needs while overseeing reporting and documentation
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Represent PSI's core values in every interaction with clients, subcontractors, vendors, partners, and internal teams
Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience as a PM for a Commercial Construction General Contractor
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a similar discipline
- Proven experience running $1-10M Commercial Construction projects for Retail clients
- Proven experience with construction software like Procore, Fieldwire, MS Project, and other project management tools
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed (client visits, milestones, etc.)

Position Summary:
NPSG Built is looking for someone to be an integral part an amazing team with opportunity for professional growth and advancement. As Construction Office Manager, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This position involves providing administrative support to various departments and personnel within the organization.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
Office Management
a. As Director of First Impressions, you will greet visitors, manage the front desk, and be responsible for the appearance of the overall office environment.
b. Manage Ring Doorbell access.
c. Maintain a tidy and organized office environment.
d. Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
e. Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.
f. Manage, order Break Room supplies, food, and beverages.
CRM Contract Entry & Data Management (Unanet)
a. Verify details and avoid duplicates (search first; confirm name, title, company, email/phone).
b. Create/Update the contact in Unanet CRM using company naming conventions and required fields.
c. Link and categorize correctly (associate to the right account; apply contact type/tags/market/lead source and assign an owner).
d. Document context and supporting info (source of contact, brief notes, attach vCard/business card if available).
e. Trigger next steps and maintain accuracy (set follow-up tasks/reminders and keep records current over time).
Document Management
a. Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
b. Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
c. Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Scheduling and Calendar Management
a. Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls for company events.
b. Coordinate and manage meeting rooms and resources.
c. Send meeting reminders and agendas to participants.
Correspondence and Communication
a. Draft and edit emails, letters, and other correspondence, if requested.
b. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
c. Relay messages and inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Meeting Support
a. Assist in preparing meeting materials, including agendas and presentations.
b. Attend meetings and record minutes as necessary.
c. Follow up on action items and deadlines.
Assist Business Development, Estimating, Preconstruction, and Operations
a. Coordinate project-related paperwork and documentation.
b .Assist in the preparation of project proposals and bids.
c. Help track project timelines and milestones.
General Administrative Support
a. Provide administrative support to various team members as needed.
b. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
c. Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
Weekly Staff Meeting Support
a. Update Project Board and Meeting Updates weekly prior to weekly Staff Meeting.
b. Prompt team members for project updates including scheduling updates.
c. Handle food ordering for meetings.
Printer/Larger Format Printer Support
a. Manage consumables like paper and ink.
b. Contact and coordinate support from vendors.
Assist with HR Functions
a. Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
b. Manage New-Hire Welcome Package including lists for swag, IT equipment, etc.
c. Support with organizing employee events and training programs.
d. Manage NSPG Built swag.
e. Coordinate with HR to update Employee Handbook as needed (annually).
f. Keep track of employee birthdays, work anniversaries, etc.
Assist with Safety Functions
a. Update Site Safety Manual (Red Books) for each new job and assemble new manuals as needed.
Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or degree in business administration or construction administration is a plus.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam. Procore experience is a plus.
•Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
•Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
•Previous office management experience is preferred but not required.

Location: Woodstock, GA
Overview
A well-established manufacturer of innovative machinery solutions is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations supporting manufacturing and service teams. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient receiving, storage, staging, and distribution of parts, equipment, and materials—while maintaining accurate inventory, optimizing workflows, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring timely fulfillment to production and service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, put-away, shipping, and cycle counting.
- Ensure all incoming materials are inspected, logged, and stored according to established standards.
- Maintain an organized and efficient layout for raw materials, ink, parts, and finished goods.
- Develop and enforce operational procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels to support manufacturing schedules, service operations, and parts/ink sales.
- Lead cycle counts and root-cause analysis for inventory variances.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Service, and Production to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure proper labeling, location management, and control of serialized and critical components.
Shipping & Receiving
- Direct all outbound shipments to ensure accuracy, proper documentation, and on-time carrier scheduling.
- Oversee import/export compliance as required (commercial invoices, HTS codes, packing lists).
- Maintain relationships with freight carriers, parcel services, and LTL providers.
Leadership & Team Development
- Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse associates.
- Establish daily goals and monitor productivity.
- Promote a positive, safety-focused work environment.
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce OSHA and company-specific safety policies.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain clean, hazard-free warehouse conditions.
Process Improvement
- Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and cost reduction.
- Partner with IT and Operations to improve ERP usage for warehouse functions (bin management, MRP, inventory transactions, etc.).
- Lead warehouse-related continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications

- 5–10 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and warehouse best practices.

They practice in a clinical environment that is administered by Nurse Managers and other leaders and is supported through the Wellstar Shared Governance Model. The framework for practice is steered by the Wellstar Professional Practice Model and evidence-based practice and research. It is expected that all RN Clinical Nurses are licensed, knowledgeable and uphold the practice of nursing as outlined by the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and implements the Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics Standards put forth by the American Nurses Association. As a member of the patient services team, it is expected that the individual upholds the voice of the patient, system policies and procedures while supporting service excellence goals.

A. Performs the Nursing Process (assessment; diagnosis; identification of outcomes; planning; implementation and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence base practice, uses analytical/critical thinking and ensuring that care is individualized; coordinating care through effective partnerships recognizing that caring is central to achieve optimal patient care outcomes.
B. Provides relationship-based patient centered care that is consistent with population specific characteristics (e.g. age, gender, disease, etc) in a manner that adapts service delivery to reflect an understanding of cultural diversity
C. Always partners with the patient and significant others (as appropriate) using such appropriate method for setting and purpose (e.g., bedside shift report; interdisciplinary rounds; just in time and planned patient teaching; keeping the patient and significant others updated and making the patients goals the focus of the plan of care.
D. Practices using current clinical practice standards.
Teamwork and Collaboration
A. Coordinates the delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care that promotes the professional care delivery model. This includes, but is not limited to diverse and inclusive interdisciplinary communication methods (interdisciplinary rounds, case review, etc); completion of timely documentation and promotion of a respectful, inclusive clinical environment.
B. Demonstrates teamwork and collaboration by practicing in a manner that is fiscally responsible and promotes the recruitment and retention of all healthcare team members.
C. Participates and supports performance improvement inclusive of all stakeholders, research and research utilization to promote safe, quality patient care including initiating and/or leading such activities as well as, promoting an inter/intra-disciplinary process and actively supports/participates in shared governance at all levels in the system.
Professional Development and Initiative
A. Completes all initial and ongoing professional competency assessment, required mandatory education, population specific education.
B. Serves as a preceptor and/or or mentor for other professional nurses (and staff or students for all disciplines) to ensure that there is a current and future qualified workforce; modeling the professional practice of nursing and creating a healthy work environment.
Evidence Based Practice and Research
A. Promotes Evidence based practice, nursing research and performance improvement in nursing. Participates in activities such as value analysis as part of the decision making process in evaluating patient care products.
B. Upholds all health care system/organizational policies and procedures and clinical competencies put forth by this job description and professional association including legal, regulatory and accreditation requirements and standards ensuring by way of example, such goals as TJC Patient Safety Goals and WellStar Health Systems safety absolutes.
C. Participates in data collection, poses relevant clinical questions to advanced evidence based practice. Consults appropriate experts and uses appropriate resources and evidence to address practice questions.

B. Participates in the development of protocols and procedures when called upon or through self-initiation in collaboration with care managers and other members of the health care team to achieve best practice outcomes (i.e., decrease in re-admission rates; avoidable days; adverse events; etc).

- Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred

- RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact
- BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program or ARC-NALS - Amer Red Cross Neonatal Advanced Life Support or NRP-P - NRP-Provisional (180 Days) within 180 Days or NRP-I - NRP - Instructor
