Responsibilities

Qualifications
EDUCATION
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. BSN preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Medical-surgical nursing, telemetry experience preferred. Proficient in use of computer software to include electronic patient records. Must have ability to use internet for literature searches regarding care for patients.
LICENSURE
Valid State of Rhode Island Registered Nurse License, BLS required. ACLS optional.

We are seeking a Paralegal with a robust background in probate, estate planning, Medicaid planning, and elder law to join our practice. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to contribute immediately, providing advanced support in all facets of probate (guardianships, decedent estates, contested matters) simple and complex estate planning, trusts and estates, and knowledge of elder law a plus. Primary Responsibilities
- Knowledge of probate, probate pleadings, and all probate matters from beginning to end.
- Prepare, review, and manage estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.

Position Summary:
The RT Vent Field Clinician is a Respiratory Therapist providing respiratory patient care to Vent patients for optimal outcomes. Provides respiratory care to patients in alternate sites in accordance with AdaptHealth’s policies and procedures. Respiratory care will be preventative, rehabilitative, and palliative in nature. The RT will utilize all the resources available within the agency and community to accomplish care objectives. Schedule: Mon-Thurs, 10 hour shifts
