Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial real estate documents, including:
• Leases
• Purchase & sale agreements
• Letters of intent
• Easements, covenants, and restriction agreements
• Amendments and related title documents
• Manage transactions from initial agreement through closing, including:
• Conducting due diligence
• Reviewing title, survey, and environmental reports
• Tracking critical dates and deliverables
