About the Role


The Inside Sales Account Manager will manage assigned customer relationships within the assigned sales territory, and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. The Inside Sales Account Manager will present products to current, former, and potential clients through phone, video conferencing, email, and the occasional participation in trade shows. The Inside Sales Account Manager is expected to be able to manage a sales pipeline and close sales to achieve quarterly quotas and grow new business.


Responsibilities


  • Manage all sales activities from lead generation to closing deals using a structured selling approach.
  • Identify priority accounts and develop strategies for high-growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with sales and support teams to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals aligned with our business strategy.
  • Provides support to customers by engaging with and working with internal departments such as production, shipping, accounting, and other internal departments to meet customer needs.
  • Analyze customer needs, identify solutions, and create tailored plans to meet those needs.
  • Provide concise customer updates to management in the form of weekly and monthly recaps of KPI’s and management of pipeline within CRM.


Qualifications


  • BA/BSc or equivalent in Life Science, Chemistry, or Business discipline (or proven understanding of the chemical environment) is preferred.
  • Experience in a complex B2B sales environment using a solution-based selling approach.
  • A history of verifiable sales success with a consultative, strategic selling approach.
  • Strong negotiation skills and excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to sell, negotiate, and close deals via phone and/or Video Meetings

This is What You’ll Do

  • Develops and maintains equipment validation policy and adheres to regulatory requirements.
  • Performs the development and execution of process validation protocols and documents consistent with FDA and EU guidelines.
  • Ensures regulatory requirements are met during development and execution of equipment validation protocols.
  • Develops, executes, and maintains validation protocols for donor center, laboratory, and plasma storage warehouse equipment - including freezers, refrigerators, Anti-D refrigerators, and supply room temperature mapping - ensuring alignment with cGMP, GAMP, and good engineering practices.
  • Develop protocols for temperature studies (e.g., plasma thawing, volume changes, collection process modifications)
  • Analyzes resulting data to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Reviews, approves, and summarizes executed validation protocols, investigates deviations, and ensures timely resolution of nonconformities.
  • Maintains strict adherence to the organization’s SOPs, FDA and EU regulations, and state/local laws governing equipment validation and plasma storage quality.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


This is What it Takes

  • Three (3) years’ experience biologics, drug manufacturing, or medical device industry or FDA regulated laboratory.
  • One (1) year of validation or relatable experience in regulated industry.
  • Prior use of use of equipment: calibrated, temperature monitoring, data loggers, etc. preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 40%.

As an L&D RN, you'll be responsible for assisting physicians when epidurals or pain medications are administered, episiotomies are performed, or when the patient requires preparation for a cesarean delivery.

As an L&D Travel Nurse, you should be prepared to perform the following tasks:


  • Stay with and monitor patient throughout labor.
  • Monitor contractions and help patients with breathing techniques.
  • Check cervix periodically to monitor progression/lack of dilation.
  • Ensure beds are kept clean and dry; clean up bodily fluids expelled before and after birthing process.
  • Aid physician with drapes, gloves, gowns, delivery instruments, etc.
  • Immediate care of newborn.

L&D Travel Nurses should be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean and stoop without difficulty. RNs should be able to easily lift 20 pounds. Moving or lifting of patients may require lifting of up to 50 pounds at times. Because of the fast-paced environment, L&D RNs must possess good skills for coping with stress and be able to relate to people of all ages and backgrounds.

A Snapshot of Your Day


As a CNC Vertical Boring Machine (VBM) Operator, you will be responsible for the precise manufacturing of components using CNC VBM machinery, ensuring adherence to safe and efficient production processes. You will operate and monitor the VBM equipment, ensuring that all products are produced to the highest quality standards and within specified timelines. Your role will involve a commitment to continuous improvement initiatives, including Six Sigma, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing principles.


Working with minimal supervision, you will manage your own workflow, including setting up machines, selecting appropriate tools, and making necessary adjustments to maintain optimal performance.


How You’ll Make an Impact



  • Set up and operate all large VBMs and perform various machining operations on a variety of parts and components
  • Sets up and operates one or more of the following:
  • CNC VBM with various control software
  • Operate machine using various tables and fixtures
  • Interpret technical drawings and GD&T; verify dimensions using precision instruments (micrometers, bore gauges, dial indicators).
  • process inspections and record measurements to maintain tolerance and surface finish requirements.
  • guarding and PPE requirements (29 CFR 1910.212) to prevent exposure to hazards.
  • Safely handle large components using overhead cranes and forklifts per company certification standards.
  • Complete production and quality documentation accurately.

What You Bring



  • A minimum of 3 years of experience operating boring CNC machines with Siemens and/or FANUC controls is required.
  • HS Diploma or GED required
  • Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain Fork Truck and Critical Lift (B+) level crane licenses.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position at the machine console and move/position to set up tooling and inspect parts throughout the shift, reasonable accommodations available.
  • Ability to manually lift up to 50 lbs for short durations, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to work with either written, oral, or graphic instructions.
  • Proven ability to use precision gages and set tooling to high accuracies, preferably on large diameters.
  • Ability to obtain an ACT® WorkKeys® National Career Readiness Certificate (Silver Level or higher) as part of the pre-hire assessment. Siemens Energy will assist in scheduling the test upon shortlisting.
  • Successful applicants must be able to pass standard hearing, vision, and pulmonary function tests or any other as required to perform the duties.
