Construction Estimator
Location: Concord, NC
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 base + bonus

Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed construction take offs and cost estimates
- Solicit and manage pricing from subcontractors and vendors
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project scope
- Assist in developing budgets and bid submissions
- Work closely with project managers and preconstruction teams
Requirements
- Knowledge of commercial construction projects
- Familiarity with the local NC and SC subcontractor and vendor market
- Understanding of CSI MasterFormat divisions up to Division 33
- Experience completing take offs and building estimates
- Background with a general contractor or relevant subcontractor (concrete, steel, masonry, or earthwork considered)
- Team oriented, motivated, and eager to develop within a growing company
