Job Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our busy interventional pain clinic. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of pain management experience and is comfortable managing approximately 25-30 patients per day in a high-functioning outpatient environment. Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with chronic and acute pain conditions
• Order and manage interventional procedures, from basic to advanced techniques
• Educate patients about treatment options including procedural, pharmacologic, and non-pharmacologic therapies
• Adhere to a maximum MME of 90, with occasional grandfathered exceptions
• Promote the use of ancillary treatments such as physical therapy or evidence-based modalities

Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:
