The Business Development/Sales Representative is responsible for performing sales tasks to acquire new and returning customers for environmental compliance and vegetation management services. Sales tasks are performed in an office and outdoors at customer sites which include industrial plant sites, municipal sites, airports, railroads, distribution centers, and other commercial areas at or near business sites. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Fuego Tortilla Grill is seeking a high-energy, results-driven General Manager to lead our Baton Rouge location. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving sales, profitability, operational excellence, and team development.

Position Summary

The General Manager is responsible for full P&L ownership, team leadership, guest experience, and operational execution. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive performance while maintaining a positive and accountable work environment.



Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations
  • Maintain full P&L responsibility (labor, food cost, controllables)
  • Drive sales growth and profitability
  • Recruit, train, and develop Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders
  • Build and maintain a high-performing, accountable culture
  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards are consistently executed
  • Manage scheduling and labor to meet financial targets

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant
