• Position Summary:Responsible for the transactional operations surrounding all Software and Solution products. This person will be responsible for ensuring that purchases and payments are properly processed and accounted for through-out multiple purchasing channels. The role will be responsible for maintaining detailed record of incoming purchase orders, as well as informing necessary stakeholders of when PO’s are received, delayed, or submitted with errors. Additionally, this position will be responsible for the proper distribution and maintenance of licenses associated with our Content Management Solution, VXT.
• Essential Duties:Daily extraction of open orders placed for LED installation, VXT Software services, and Warranty Service Uplifts
• Outreach to vendors to ensure completion of order processing through SEA systems
• Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reporting of purchase orders placed across department portfolio
• Processing of offline orders for key accounts who purchase direct from Samsung
• Receiving customer escalation regarding order status, License distribution, and vendor payments for services rendered
• Issuing refund on orders with approval from management team
• Working with distributor partners to improve and streamline order process flow

Position Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all DOT (Department of Transportation) rules and maintain a clean driving record to make sure company vehicles are operated safely and responsibly.
• Comply with all federal and state regulations regarding transportation of hazardous materials
• Inspect vehicles before and after trips to help ensure safe and on-time deliveries
• Load, unload, and organize orders carefully ensuring that all products are properly secured, and hazardous material is separated appropriately.

What You'll Do

Create Amazing Food

• Prepare menu items to Wonder standards while keeping stations clean, stocked, and organized
• Follow HACCP and all food-safety guidelines, including proper temperatures and storage
• Manage inventory scans, pack accurate portions, and ensure every order is correct before it goes out

Deliver Incredible Hospitality

• Greet guests warmly and assist with orders, pickups, payments, and the Wonder app
• Share knowledge about our concepts, support meal-kit and delivery operations, and ensure dispatch accuracy
• Participate in light local marketing activities (flyers, street engagement, etc.)

Keep Our Restaurants Looking Their Best

• Maintain top-tier sanitation and cleanliness across kitchen and dining areas
• Wash, clean, and restock cookware, utensils, and equipment throughout the shift
• Manage trash/recycling properly and report equipment issues promptly

Be a Key Part of the Team

• Support teammates, jump in where needed, and maintain a positive, high-energy environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Work in a positive, energetic environment where teammates support each other and leaders invest in your development

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail
• Solid organization, clear verbal communication, and ability to follow directions
• Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand for a full shift while working
• Must have weekend availability
