The Position
- The Director of Ambulatory Nursing provides strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for all ambulatory nursing services across the hospital's outpatient network, including hospital-based clinics, faculty practices, community-based sites, and procedural areas.
- Reporting to the Executive Director of Ambulatory with a dotted line to the Chief Nursing Officer, this leader will oversee a team of four direct reports and 39 FTEs.

Compensation Range
- The base salary range for this position is $180,000 to $190,000 annually. The total compensation for the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of import (ocean & air) shipment arrangements for a designated portfolio of accounts
- Provide customer service and coordinate shipment authorizations, track cargo, issue arrival notices, verify buying/selling rate, billing and ensure timely delivery follow up
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in international freight forwarding
- Highly organized, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently with accuracy and efficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Great written and verbal communication skills, with professional phone etiquette
