OverviewThe Distribution Driver Class A is responsible for delivering products to clients; inspect general condition of vehicle; prepare, load, unload, operate, and clean vehicle including following all safety precautions in accordance with SGWS and Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines. Review standing orders, develop sales, process payments, and maintain records.
Primary Responsibilities- Deliver statewide products to bars, restaurants, hotels, or other customer locations
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicle
- Receive payment for goods delivered
- Sort merchandise by invoice for delivery
- Adhere to safe and courteous operation of delivery vehicle at all times
- Check in money and returned goods daily with Driver Check-in & Accounting Cashier
- Complete all required paperwork daily, including Department of Transportation logbook and driver vehicle inspection report (DVIR)
- Report to work in adherence to company uniform standards (e.g., neat, clean, and properly attired)
- Adhere to all Safety regulations, and perform all duties in a safe manner
- Plan trip logistics and obtain necessary documents to transport goods
- Load and unloaded cargo make sure safety equipment is being utilized

Title: Psychiatric Physician Assistant (PA)
Department: Multi-specialty group
Pay: Base Pay $135,000 - $155,000 plus 15% incentive bonus

I. Purpose of Position
The PA Provider is responsible for providing a full range of primary outpatient mental health services, with a focus on promotion of optimal mental health, prevention and treatment of psychiatric disorders, including medication management of the treatment. Practice within licensed scope of practice with supervision/collaboration with delegating physician, in conjunction with other team members.
II. Essential Job Functions/Duties
The Psychiatric Provider?s essential duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Delivery of a full range of primary mental health services within the provider?s licensed scope of practice including but not limited to:
- Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and intake visits
- Accurate diagnosis and treatment of commonly occurring psychiatric disorders through assessment and evaluation of patient data or test findings
- Treatment of acute and chronic psychiatric and mental health issues through medication management and traditional psychotherapy (if appropriate and within scope)
- Use of a variety of evidence-based treatments to design individualized care and treatment plans
- Development of appropriate differential diagnoses
- Integrated and collaborative visits with the patient and care team
- Utilization of the SBIRT approach as needed for assessment, intervention, and referral to treatment for substance use disorders
- Receive and address referrals from primary care, women?s health, and BHC providers
- Delivery of direct patient services primarily via telehealth, with the option to see patients on site when/if necessary
- Utilizes expertise in psychiatry to provide team support/consultation to primary care and women?s health providers when appropriate. Follows integrated, team-based approach to deliver effective, ethical, and quality behavioral/mental health treatment for patients of the clinic.
- Consistently and effectively collaborate with clinic staff/providers of all specialties on patient treatment plans, treatment delivery, and progress.
- Maintain up-to-date individual charts on patients in adherence to governing agencies and Pine Ridge Healthcare policies
- Educate patient and family about diagnosis, treatment, and medication.
- Manage psychiatric emergencies by appropriately determining level or risk and working collaboratively with team members to ensure appropriate treatment.
- Assist in coordinating patient care referrals to/with community agencies to provide continuity of care.
- Advocate for patients? rights regarding treatment options and use ethical and legal principles in patient treatment, with adherence to patient confidentiality at all times.
- Engages in effective communication with patients, agencies, other health care organizations, and all team members
- Coordinates with other service lines as needed.
- Utilizes conflict-resolution skills as needed.
- Demonstrates use of shared decision-making skills.
- Works collaboratively across disciplines and administrative functions.
- Shares and receives information, concerns, and feedback in a supportive manner.
III. Additional Job Functions/Duties
- Ability to adhere to and remain flexible with a template/schedule that is developed based on the needs of clinic?s patient population and providers. Maintains understanding that the scheduling template will be developed by the provider and clinical leadership team members and will be evaluated/adjusted periodically depending on patient and clinic need.

- 3- years clinical experience
Preferred Requirements:
- 2 years previous mental health experience
