Responsibilities Our San Antonio pediatric hospitalist group is searching for a dedicated pediatric hospitalist to join our busy practice providing coverage at Methodist Children's Hospital.Average of 10-15 pediatric patients daily on hospital medicine shifts
Work alongside experienced nurse practitioners for newborn nursery coverage, delivery attendance not required
Mixture of day and night shifts
Night coverage is in-house from 6PM to midnight, with home call from midnight to 6 AM
Typically work shift blocks of 3-5 days, though this can be flexible if longer stretches are preferred
Care for patients admitted to the medical/surgical floors and intermediate care unit
Hospital has PICU and NICU on site

Serve as retail floor supervisor with shift responsibility for employees, floor merchandising, security and revenue integrity
Oversee retail floor employees
Report to a senior manager
Collaborate with inventory managers and other peers to create a stable and high-integrity customer service environment

Ensure that retail floor employees follow scheduled work times, breaks, lunch periods and HR policies
