Summary:
The Compliance Specialist – Procurement Services Department- supports NTTA’s mission by ensuring that all purchasing, contracting, and vendor-management activities adhere to applicable laws, internal policies, and public-sector procurement standards. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding the integrity and transparency of NTTA’s procurement operations by reviewing procurement processes, monitoring contract compliance, and verifying that competitive bidding, evaluation, and award procedures are followed consistently and ethically.
Starting Rate: $65,058/annually - $85,602/annually

Responsibilities:
- Oversee contract compliance, contract negotiation, administration, modifications, renewals, extensions, and formal close-outs or terminations.
- Develop short and long-term contract compliance strategies in collaboration with business units to align procurement with organizational goals.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for stakeholders on complex policy clarity and ensure all contracts meet NTTA policy and standards.
- Maintain a centralized tracking system for reporting, memberships, and expirations report to prevent service lapses and ensure organization accountability.
- Identify and report operational risks related to non-compliance or undocumented changes.
- Conduct regular reviews of reports, contract compliance, and system maintenance reports to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Evaluate contract amendments, extensions, and change orders for compliance with procurement rules and spending thresholds.
- Provide guidance and technical support for all procurement platforms.
- Utilize lean analysis and workflow evaluations to identify automation opportunities and optimize contract compliance processes.
- Coordinate the end-to-end document lifecycle, ensuring records integrity and the systematic archiving of physical and digital assets, for audit and reporting purposes.
- Extract system data to generate performance reports and actionable insights for management.
- Act as the liaison between internal and external stakeholders to resolve disputes and streamline the approval process.
- Provide technical recommendations for document control and workflow analysis to improve procurement efficiency.
- Support the vendor process within procurement platforms to maintain strong relationships, increase efficiency and ensure business needs.
- Coordinate procurement projects, public information request, and purchase order processing and management.

Qualifications:

Job Title: BIM Modeler II/III (Electrical)
Location: Coppell, TX (75019)
Pay: $60k - $80k+ DOE
Position Overview: Seeking an experienced BIM Modeler II/III to support complex commercial construction projects. This role plays a key part in developing and managing detailed 3D models used for coordination, design support, and project documentation. The individual in this position will act as a senior member of the modeling team, helping guide production efforts and ensuring modeling standards are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating with project teams, mentoring junior modelers, and contributing to large-scale construction projects using advanced modeling tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead modeling and documentation efforts for electrical systems on construction projects.
- Develop and maintain project models using trade backgrounds and coordination data from multiple disciplines.
- Create and modify project-specific Revit families and components as needed.
- Assign and coordinate modeling tasks within the production team to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Review and verify the accuracy of models and drawings before submission to project teams.
- Collaborate with coordinators, detailers, and field teams to ensure design intent is properly represented.
- Maintain organized model structures, sheets, schedules, and documentation within the project environment.
- Assist with 3D coordination efforts and resolve conflicts with other building trades.

Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer-Aided Drafting, Design Technology, or a related technical field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM modeling, drafting, or electrical design support.

- Strong understanding of electrical symbols, layouts, and drafting standards.
Technical Skills
- Advanced experience with Autodesk Revit including creating and modifying families, schedules, and views.
- Working knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks and coordination workflows.
- Strong understanding of 3D modeling principles and spatial coordination between trades.
- Ability to interpret 2D construction drawings and translate them into coordinated 3D models.
- Experience setting up Revit models, worksets, and collaborative workflows.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to import external documents, images, and spreadsheets into modeling environments.
Travel
- Primarily office-based with occasional visits to active construction sites.

Duties and Responsibilities

The team
Avantor's Biomaterials and Operations team is part of our NuSil Technology business unit. This team supports the maintenance and reliability department by helping with the maintenance and workflow of the facility.

The Reliability & Maintenance Mechanic performs essentially the same duties as Mechanic, but under limited supervision and with an increasingly wider range of duties of a more complex nature, such as: working in more than one of the maintenance trades as hydraulics, plumbing, refrigeration, electrical, sheet metal fabrication, and welding. As a member of our underwriting support team, you will provide high level support to the underwriting function. In this role, you will assist in the preparation of new business quotes and policy issues, as well as rating both new business and renewal applications, while maintaining accuracy and targeted due dates.
Responsibilities:
- Complete portfolio process (RPA) prior to renewal date
- Complete pre-underwriting process of renewals by Underwriter due date and new business submissions
- Coordinate the pre-underwriting process which includes, but is not limited to:
- Review of application
- Request for add'l info from agent or PMA staff
- Classification of exposures
- Ordering RMA, D&B, MVR's and synopsis
- Completion of loss trend and development
- Analysis of large claims and loss trends
- Review of prior audits
- Complete new business, renewal and financial notification forms.
- Attend and fully participate in all Team and Underwriting Meetings
- Meet with assigned underwriter weekly to discuss and prioritize work processes and tasks
- Process work in a timely and accurate manner
- Rate and issue WC new business and renewal policies. Provide instruction to the Rating Center for completion of PAL lines new business and renewal policies.
- Issue WC and Auto state filings as required.
- Review correspondence including: Mid-term endorsement requests, Cancellation requests, WC Bureau letters. Respond to inquiries within UA authority.
- Maintain Corporate Underwriting Image Standards.
- Contact producers and insureds to obtain information and expedite service.
- Visits Agents with an Underwriter for the purpose of establishing contact and acquainting them with work routines.
- May assume a major role in training new hires, special projects, and learning & presenting new material to other Underwriting Assistants.
- Demonstrate commitment to Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and apply knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, standards and laws applicable to job responsibilities in the performance of work.
