We are working with an Award Winning Law Firm, looking to bring on an Associate Attorney to join their growing team. They are looking to bring on someone with 1+ years of Insurance Coverage experience. The role is Hybrid, full-time position.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of insurance coverage experience
• Experience in areas of insurance coverage including drafting coverage opinions in one or more insurance lines (CGL, property, professional liability, cyber, intellectual property, etc.)
• Experience in either or both third-party or first-party claims
• Coverage analysis and writing experience
• Experience drafting discovery and pretrial motions required

Responsibilities:

• 1600 billable hours
• Provide legal advice on insurance coverage matters and policy interpretation
• Represent clients in litigation
• Analyze complex insurance policies and determine coverage obligations
• Defend clients against bad faith claims
• Participate in class action lawsuits involving insurance issues
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant case law and statutes
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters and claims professionals to resolve disputes effectively

The annual salary for this position is between 120k-150k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
