Your Role as a Regional Manager:

• Manage a portfolio and motivate a sales team
• Create and develop lasting relationships with vendors and staff
• Implement a competitive marketing strategy.
• Work with the owners to identify property goals and objectives
• Implement effective cost control, revenue maximization, and delinquency management
• Work with Community Managers on yearly operating budgets and sales/marketing plans
• Effectively maximize rental income
• Ensure all required weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Train and motivate associates to achieve sales goals
• Maintain thorough product knowledge on all properties and that of major competition

Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years as a Regional Property Manager
• Wilmington or Myrtle Beach based
• Must know the Mrytle Beach market
• Possess advanced bookkeeping knowledge and perform general accounting functions
• Understanding of current legal responsibilities of the properties
• Exceptional organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Knowledge of OneSite strongly encouraged, Ops Technology required.

Regional Float RNs are responsible for providing safe, continuous quality patient care in a variety of settings. We are currently hiring for a Director of Operations to oversee 8 restaurant locations in the Wilmington, North Carolina market. This is an opportunity to join a well-established, high-volume casual dining brand known for strong systems, operational consistency, and a focus on delivering great guest experiences.

This role will be responsible for driving operational performance across multiple locations, developing General Managers, and ensuring each restaurant consistently meets brand standards for service, food quality, and financial results. The ideal candidate is a hands-on multi-unit leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of improving performance and building strong teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations across 8 restaurant locations and ensure brand standards are maintained

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience

The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This position will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.

Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc…)

Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.

Ensure all buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders are processed in a timely manner and customers are contacted upon shipment arrivals as needed.

Ensure special orders and outside purchases are handled efficiently and according to procedure, utilizing electronic outside purchase order ledger.

Ensure retail customer returns and exchanges are processed in an efficient and friendly manner, refunds are issued accurately using the correct payment methods, and returned merchandise is processed or staged in the returns area correctly.

Ensure all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, are invoiced before product leaves the store.

Ensure that Zipline messages are communicated and Image Maker and merchandising tasks are delegated and completed as assigned.

Ensure team members are adhering to the posted work schedule, changes/deviations are being approved by a member of management, and team members are clocking in/out according to company policy.

Perform all store opening/closing duties, including performing day end procedures, verifying/securing money/deposits according to company policy, preparing bank deposits as needed, ensuring all night security lights are on, locking doors and securing building, arming/disarming security alarms, and checking/securing/locking delivery vehicle(s) parked in secure designated area.

All other duties as assigned.
