We are seeking a skilled and reliable Welder to join our team. The Welder will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components using various welding techniques. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.

• Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-CoreD welding processes
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders
• Measure, cut, and fit metal pieces prior to welding
• Inspect completed welds for accuracy, strength, and quality
• Operate welding equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper setup
• Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and OSHA guidelines
• Repair or rework defective welds as needed
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous welding experience required (level dependent on position)
• Knowledge of welding symbols and techniques
• Ability to read measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Welding certifications are a plus (AWS, etc.)

The Assistant Store Manager helps maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. At the direction and delegation of the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager assists with supervision of store employees, management and presentation of merchandise, completion of paperwork, and preparation of deposits. • Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms; ensure merchandise is presented according to established practices and Store Manager direction.
• Assist in ensuring financial integrity of the store through strict cashier accountability, key control, adherences to company security practices and cash control procedures; authorize and sign for refunds and overrides, count register tills, and deposit money in bank.
• Assist with management of the store in the Store Manager's absence.
