If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) of practice, with an associate degree preferred and CPR certification recommended (required for direct patient care in Georgia). Must meet state-specific regulatory requirements.
- Previous nursing experience in hospice, home health, general medical-surgical, or population-specific care (e.g., pediatrics, geriatrics) is required, along with willingness to serve on-call.
- Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and the minimum required liability auto insurance.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems. Must be able to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Physically able to lift patients over 200 pounds (with assistance), stand, walk, sit, stoop, and perform other physical movements frequently. Regular exposure to indoor environments and moderate noise expected.

The successful candidate will be a key player in our organization, contributing to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes and ensuring compliance with AS9100 standards.
You will work closely with our manufacturing and engineering teams to maintain the highest quality standards, focusing on airfoil manufacturing and first article inspections.
Responsibilities: 1.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures to meet AS9100 standards.
2.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
3.
Perform first article inspections and provide technical guidance to the manufacturing team.
4.
Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement quality assurance testing methods and procedures.
5.
Conduct root cause analysis for manufacturing defects and implement corrective actions.
6.
Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify areas for improvement.
7.
Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control and assurance procedures.
8.
Ensure all products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
9.
Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with AS9100 standards.
10.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: 1.
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.
2.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality engineering role within the manufacturing industry.
3.
Extensive knowledge and experience with AS9100 standards.
4.
Proven experience in airfoil manufacturing and first article inspections.
5.
Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering processes.
6.
Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
7.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
8.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
9.
Proficient in using quality assurance software and tools.
10.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams.
11.
Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification is a plus.
