Analyze and present data to recommend enhancements or changes to current benefits offerings.
Oversee annual benefits enrollment processes, including communication and implementation strategies.
Support Human Resources leadership in strategic planning and budgeting for benefits programs.
Develop and maintain accurate records and documentation related to benefits programs.
Profile A successful Benefits Supervisor should have: Bachelor's Degree.
A minimum of 5 years of benefits administration experience, and 2 years of people management experience.
Knowledge of relevant federal and state regulations such as ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA.
Experience in a professional services environment.
Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple programs effectively.
Problem-solving skills to address and resolve employee inquiries or issues.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
