What You'll Do
As a Master Machinist, you'll be part of our SAT team located in Highland Heights, OH. You'll get to:
- Set up and operate machining equipment to produce parts with minimal training and supervision
- Understand close tolerance machining, generally low volume critical components
- Read blueprints, understand G.D.&T. ,sketches, and process routings.
- Perform inspection of machined parts
- Operate computer as required for production tracking
- Perform general preventative maintenance of machines, including chip removal, coolant maintenance and maintaining lubricant levels
- Able to keep work area clean
- Good attendance and punctuality
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- All other duties as assigned

As a Color Formulator, you will identify the pigmentation of automotive-grade color standards and match them across different refinish paint systems. You will manage a high-volume lab workload, maintain efficient processes, and ensure understanding of paint technologies to deliver color perception across product lines. You will expand your knowledge of color theory, formulation, pigmentations, and application techniques while sharing expertise with peers and supporting overall lab goals.

The salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000.

The Opportunity
The Legal & Environmental Development Associate expands the Land Bank's internal legal capacity while embedding legal judgment in complex real estate, redevelopment, and environmental remediation projects. Reporting to the in-house Corporate Counsel, this role provides hands-on exposure to real estate transactions, public funding compliance, and brownfield remediation strategy without the billable hour model of private practice. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and develop practical legal and project experience in redevelopment and environmental work.
The ideal candidate is a law school graduate or early-career attorney motivated by public interest work, energized by complex problem-solving, and eager to apply legal analysis within redevelopment and environmental projects that directly impact neighborhoods.
The Position - Essential Responsibilities and Functions
- Provide first-line legal support for real estate, redevelopment, and environmental projects under the direction of Corporate Counsel.
- Draft and review routine contracts and legal documents, including professional services agreements, NDAs, amendments, and grant-related documents.
- Support real estate transactions through title review coordination, diligence tracking, issue spotting, and risk analysis.

Compensation
$80,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience

LHH is working with a full-service, multi office, AV-rated regional law firm is seeking a Mid Level Construction Litigation Associate for its Cleveland office. This role is unposted and a high priority search for the firm. Interviews are underway and other hires have been made for this busy practice! Experience can be a mix of construction and/or commercial/real estate litigation experience. The group handles complex matters on a national level.
The ideal candidate will have;
- Three or more (3+) years of law firm experience or pertinent in house legal department experience
- Experience in construction litigation matters, real estate and commercial litigation
- Excellent academic credentials and communication skills
- Experience in drafting pleadings; preparing and responding to discovery; taking and defending fact, party, and expert depositions; motion practice; and court appearances.
- Ohio bar licensure, good standing or ability to become barred
